G.P.S. Greystones Pilates Studio

Fantastic experience: Found this gem on a recent visit to Greystones! Aoife, the owner, was extremely responsive. She made sure to help me get into a class for my level. It was so nice to get a couple great Pilates sesh in while on vacation! The instructors really know their stuff and create a great atmosphere! Also met a couple of nice locals while working out. One of whom was a fellow Chicagoan! What a small world! Will def be back when returning to Ireland!

Fantastic experience: Aoife is a highly knowledgable instructor with great communication skills - I've taken both her online and in person classes, both are enjoyable, yet challenging and have helped me hugely in my rehab. I would 100% recommend Aoife's online classes if you are looking to either get started or take your journey forward in Pilates and want to be guided by the best.

Fantastic experience: I'm a big fan of the online classes delivered out of GPS. Having access to this level and quality of experienced teaching pedigree from the comfort of home has been exceptional. The classes are always a blast and, even though online group classes, the attention and individual coaching feels very personal and I've been really pleased with the progress I've enjoyed in learning the pilates discipline.
