Fantastic experience: I've had a lot of physio over the years with various back injuries and running injuries. Two sessions with Saoirse in Ashbourne were the most useful I've ever had. Very knowledgeable. Walked in crooked with an excruciating back. Walked out upright. Very grateful.

Fantastic experience: I had a blocked milk duct that I was struggling with for a couple of weeks until I found this clinic. The ultrasounds treatment they offer is brilliant and helped me in only 2 sessions! I wish I knew about it sooner! Very helpful staff!

Positive experience: Have attended the 'Stronger for Longer ' class for over ten years and find it very beneficial .Always having a qualified physio directing the exercises is very reassuring and gives great confidence especially if you have any concerns re injuries or health issues. The clinic is very accomodating in ensuring a catch up class when necessary to miss usual slot. Happily there is a very pleasant atmosphere at class which adds to the enjoyment of attending.

The instructors are clear, knowledgeable and give support, advice and encouragement while ensuring that everyone is getting the most from the classes. I absolutely love doing the classes in this warm and welcoming environment and I have benefited greatly from them.

Fantastic experience: As advised by my doctor I attended a physiotherapist. When my injury healed I joined a healthy bones class. I am useless at exercising but I find myself looking forward to the weekly classes and they are excellent as are the instructors. I can only say this clinic is well worth a visit.

Fantastic experience: I have been attending Ashbourne Physiotherapy Clinic for many years now and have just recently attended some sessions with Jake Wall who has helped me with a recent shoulder injury. Everyone in the clinic is professional, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I would have no hesitation in recommending the clinic for any issues you may have for which physio could help. Getting the exercises by email is really helpful for me also.
