Move Breathe Connect is a new state of the art fully equipped Pilates studio in the heart of Dunshaughlin Village, County Meath.
In this lovely bright open space, we offer small group classes, private and semi-private sessions.
The studio consists of high-quality handcrafted equipment to include Reformers, Classical Mats, Towers, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Ladder Barrel, SpineCorrector and various props.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic Pilates studio! I’ve been doing 1-1 sessions with Catherine for about 6 months and the difference I’ve felt has been incredible. She works with me through injuries and niggles that I have and I always come away feeling refreshed, energised and like I’ve had a proper workout!
