Fantastic experience: 1st met Nicola before Covid kicked in and I remember saying to her after a few visits “ I notice I can scratch parts of my back I couldn’t get at before “ ….. what I was actually saying is how my flexibility had improved. I cycle a lot and remember Nicola saying that what I do in her Pilates sessions allows me enjoy what I enjoy doing much better. So true. That thought stayed with me and one to one sessions using the Pilates Reformer bed allows me find the individual position best suited to isolate the muscles I need to work on. My plan is once I have learned to find these positions easier will then join the group classes run by Nicola to maintain the improvements that I now have achieved. When Covid kicked in I felt myself slipping back and glad to be back “ feeling pain “ of my body stretching out again.
