Fantastic experience: Have had two sessions with Eilis so far and I am very impressed. After one session my pain and stiffness in my neck (from a desk job) was a whole lot better. Her take home exercises between sessions are simple & very effective and not time consuming. My range of movement in my neck had improved in just a few days even after having had the problem for over ten years! Thank you Eilis! Highly recommend Applewood to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I had neck pain from a gym injury. I contacted applewood physiotherapist and was able to get an appointment that week. After the first appointment I felt great. I returned for a few more sessions and was given exercises to complete at home. I am now pain free and would definitely recommend

Fantastic experience: I found the practitioner to be both expert in terms of treatment and advice. Her advice was realistic and attainable and fit into my busy lifestyle, she didn’t advise I book in loads of follow up appointments and after a massage and following her professional medical advice for a few weeks and making some simple adjustments to my lifestyle the pain I was suffering was massively alleviated. Applewood Physio is a relaxed, practical, friendly and cost effective practice.
