We offer a curated library of online recorded sessions, designed primarily for those who have previously attended classes in person and completed our health questionnaire, ensuring a safe and personalized practice. These resources allow you to continue your yoga journey, maintaining flexibility, strength, and mindfulness wherever you are.

Our upcoming online sessions include specialized sequences such as Amanda’s Kneeling Sequence and a 30-minute Lying Sequence, offering diverse practices to suit different needs and energy levels.
