After the first training I regretted straight away that I did't sign up much earlier. Life changing experience. Amazing staff, great neighbourhood community feel and killer classes. Literally. The fast paced, cycled movements were awesome, you could go hard or scale according to your needs. Great space and equipment. 100% recommend!

Positive experience: I assist a charity event there. Great day for the family. I find the place really nice. Pat is a great instructor. If you like kick boxing and fitness... is a good place to go. Close to the city centre... really convenient.
