We have classes to suit complete beginners as well as experienced yogis .We cater to every yoga need - even kids yoga, mother-and-baby yoga and yoga for athletes. We'll also be holding regular weekend workshops focusing on areas such as thyroid balancing, yoga-nidra, injury rehabilitation and meditation. Located just above the Performance and Fitness Academy in Ladytown Business Park, only a few minutes from both Naas and Newbridge.

Fantastic experience: Very nice yoga studio. Good parking outside. Laura offers a great range of yoga classes from beginners, kids, mama and baby to over 55s. Laura also does workshops in the studio.
