Fantastic experience: I'd highly recommend Sharon's classes. I've attended two separate blocks of lunchtume classes during 2023 held in West Park in shannon. The classes are a great opportunity to work on posture, movement and correcting alignment as well as being a thoroughly enjoyable hour of totally switching off from work and focusing on some self care. Looking forward to the next block!
