Fantastic experience: Gen is an amazing teacher and The Yoga Den is my new favourite place outside my home. Since joining in October and continuing my Beginners Balance class for November and December I have not only enjoyed each step of the class but was instantly made so welcome and at peace in this safe and happy place. I have learned that Yoga is good for my body, mind, soul and my wellbeing. I would 100% recommend taking classes at The Yoga Den. I look forward so much to this weekly class of movement, peace and tranquility guided and taught by the wonderful Gen.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been attending Gens yoga classes regularly since Sept 2023 and also attended a couple of her events. Gen is an amazing teacher and her energy and presence just adds to the incredible experience at the yoga Den. Attending the class on a Thursday eve, just sets you up wonderfully for the weekend. I couldn’t rate her highly enough.

Fantastic experience: Gen's Yoga Den is a haven of tranquility, self-care, motivation and peace. You need to sign up for classes and experience this wonderful space for yourself! I participated in the Morning Motivation classes from November to Mid-may. We watched the seasons change through her large window which looks out on a woodland part of her garden. What a perfect space to practise yoga. Gen adapted classes as the year went on and asked more of us physically, which I enjoyed. Gen's voice for the meditation and relaxation parts of class, is a balm to the soul. She is a gifted teacher and a very special person. Fantastic experience: My first time doing yoga and I really enjoyed the 6 weeks and have signed up for the next session! I found Gen to be really lovely and patient but also with a good sense of humour so the classes were most enjoyable. There was no pressure to complete all the poses if we found them too difficult and I was reassured by that as I wouldn't be the fittest person around! Would highly recommend this class and I'm looking forward to beginning the next one

From the moment you enter The Yoga Den there is a sense of calmness and relaxation and I cannot speak highly enough of Gen who is an amazing Yoga instructor.

Fantastic experience: My time ‘on the mat’ with Gen was such a lovely break from all the busyness of life. It was one hour for me. Gen make the class so relaxing. I always felt so revived after and slept like a baby's. The den is such a tranquil place full of good vibes ❤️
