Fantastic experience: Started with Colin 21st of May weighed in at 226kg now after 24 weeks I have reached my goal of 190kg thanks to Colin’s help and rigorous workouts. Colin makes it easy to feel like you will reach your goals with constant updating of food intake and changing our routines. So much better than a gym as you have to commit to the course unlike a gym.
Fantastic experience: I've been with Colin since January. I am consistently down weight each week (approx 1 llb) and it's staying off. Never been able to do this before. I'm learning so much about Fibre Protein Water movement etc. This isn't a "diet" it's education from Colin to help you with a healthy lifestyle. You can have chocolate & take aways & nights out as he teaches you how to incorporate them. I'm in the menopause and my doctor is delighted with my weight loss and my bloods and no BP issues especially as it can be hard to lose weight during the menopause. Colin is available by text to answer any questions. Highly recommend Colin at Target Private Personal Training. Very affordable also. If you can't go in person to Dungarvan he does an online course also. Sign up. You won't regret it.
Fantastic experience: I signed up with Colin to help me loose a few extra pounds. I was a bit nervous as I've tried every "diet" going. With Colin it was different. He teaches you the essential information to assist you for life. He provides a supportive and non-judgemental service. In my time with Colin I've lost two pound short of a stone with thanks to his support. Would most definitely recommend his service.
Fantastic experience: I signed up with Colin 5 weeks ago online & it was the best decision I made. I have learned so much about nutrition & why protein & fiber are so important for my wellbeing & weight loss journey. I never once felt deprived & ate all the foods I like while still losing weight every week. I lost 9lbs in 5 weeks. I had tried every diet over the last few years & I can honestly say that what Colin has thought me about calorie counting, nutrition & mindset has had such a positive impact on me both mentally & physically. I no longer feel mentally drained, guilty or constantly worrying about what I can & cannot eat. I feel good about myself & joyful that my clothes feel loser.
