Fantastic experience: Excellent service and great products

Fantastic experience: Had a fault with a Tylo steam generator, was given all the help i needed to fix unit, great to talk to people who know there business and are prepared to help others. Staff were the most polite people ever spoke and went the extra mile to be helpful.

Fantastic experience: Not sure if the last person's review was of the correct company !! From my experience they were nothing but a pleasure to deal and could not have being more helpful in every sense of the word.

Negative experience: Extremely unprofessional business. Manager(she) treats employees with no respect. Lack of communication skills from business owner when questioned on products. Will not be returning as a bulk buyer myself. Would not recommend this place to any of my clients.
