Negative experience: Found the gym very dirty and run down with a lot of the machines rusty and or broken. Overall extremely dirty.

Fantastic experience: Sometimes pass through Carrick for work reasons or visiting friends and have popped in a few times for an impromptu workout, the staff are so friendly and welcoming, unlike some gyms that look at you in disgust if you want to pay for a single visit. Keep up the good work!

Fantastic experience: When I visit my family in Ireland I come here to exercise. I wish this gym was near where I live. It’s possibly the best gym I’ve been to ever. Recently got new equipment for cross fit. This gym in carrick has everything you need to get ripped!!! Cardio machines, free weights, weight machines, racks, cross fit area, boxing bags. The owners and staff are always motivating. Suitable for men and women of all ages. Send my mammy down here. I’m going there right now!! thanks guys keep up the great work.

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff! Very welcoming. All fitness levels train here and they have something for everyone. I love the classes! They are full of energy and the people who go are just awesome. The front of the gym has a healthy food deli called Foodworx where you can get a smoothie, salad, or wrap among other things before you head in for when you leave. 5 stars!
