Fantastic experience: One of the best wrestling school in Europe.

Negative experience: Bad communication. I wanted to get a voucher for a friend. So I sent them an email. Phone number: nonexistent. A few days later I recieved an answer to my email, with the details I had asked for. I still had questions, so I sent a second email. Never got an answer. I sent them a message via facebook and got a short, impolite message back, which didn't answer any of my questions and didn't give me the feeling that they even cared about what I wanted, but only about my money. I am going to a different school now, which already helped me out better and seems way more friendly. The website is build up professional! But it needs more than that. You need to be able to talk to customers.
