1 year ago Fantastic experience: I’ve loved training at the Workroom this past year. Sonia is an incredible coach. She manages each session so well and has so much attention to detail, it feels more like 1-2-1. I’ve come on a lot. Most of all though I love the welcoming and friendly vibe at the Workroom that Sonia, James and Louise create.
3 years ago Fantastic experience: The Workroom is amazing and just the challenge I was looking for. I look forward to my weekly sessions and never get bored. Sonia has taught me so much about my fitness and caters for all fitness levels!
