Fantastic experience: I have been attending training sessions with Amy for a few months now. I am of an older vintage and have a few injuries, Amy tailors my workouts to manage this. Her expertise leaves me feeling confident and safe in what she prescribes. My strength and energy has greatly improved. She also has a lovely personality but takes no nonsense and pushes you (safely) to your limit. Simply the best.
Fantastic experience: Beginning my journey with Amy has been the best step I have taken in my fitness journey 100%. Amy is one of the kindest, most supportive and understanding people I have ever met. She cares so much for every single one of her clients and puts so much hard work into her job. She has helped me so much both inside the gym and outside of the gym too. I’ve only been working with Amy a short amount of time and I have learned so much and gained so much more confidence in the gym. A truly amazing coach and friend all in one❤️
Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Amy highly enough. I started working with Amy while on Maternity leave. I had two aims to get back to how I was pre pregnancy but to also reduce my back pain. I have scoliosis and with that comes a lot of pain and discomfort. Building my core and back muscles to support my back can make a real difference to my pain. Amy understood exactly what I needed and created a program that was tailored for me and my back. Since starting with her I have come back to my pre pregnancy self but most of all have become stronger and have massively reduced my back pain. This type of training was new to me and Amy supported me every step of the way and believed in what I could achieve! She is not only a great trainer but she supports you on your journey and provides the extra confidence you need to meet your goals! Fantastic experience: I can not recommend Amy highly enough. There are no words. Amy has helped me so much over the past 13 weeks. I have identified a food intolerance I have been living with for years, I have lost 10kg in weight. Goodbye heartburn, tiredness, lack of energy. She has even made me like going to the gym. She is so knowledgeable and is always available with the right advice. You really feel like she is invested in your better health journey and that she cares. The best money I have ever spent.

Fantastic experience: I started training with Amy at the beginning of April and I’m enjoying being able to train again, I was finding it hard to get back into the gym after Covid and having a baby, and was losing and gaining the same 5lbs over and over again. Amy has taught me where I needed to make changes and also understands my plans can change being a working mother. She is compassionate, kind and really knows how to help you achieve your goals. She explains everything so well and ensures your form is correct. Her app really helps you to follow the plan and training, while seeing results week to week. If anyone is thinking of getting back to training, I would highly recommend Amy. Looking forward to what the next 14 weeks to my goal look like!

Fantastic experience: I started working with Amy about 2 months ago and it has definitely been a great decision to start working with her ! She pushes me past my own limits and has been a great support and encouragement to me as I deal with some health issues to work through. Fantastic experience: I first started working with Amy 2 months ago in the lead up to my wedding, she has given me such a confidence boost both physically and mentally. Before I started training with Amy I was scared to even step foot in a gym, now I’m regularly training on my own as well as my sessions with it’s Amy. I don’t recognise myself compared to 2 months ago my confidence has absolutely sky rocketed. She has been so supportive and knowledgeable throughout the time I’ve been with her. Fantastic experience: So I signed up with Amy just over 3 weeks ago on a 15 week phase 1 body building block. I’m a 45 year male and It’s something I have tried a few times before and I’ve been trying myself for a long time with not getting the results. I decided to reach out to a coach and I was impressed with Amy’s website so I reached out to her, in regarding to my fitness goals it is the best decision I have ever made. Amy has been fantastic and is making the process mush easier than I had experienced before her enthusiasm and knowledge has made the last 3 weeks the most enjoyable I have had when training. I feel the best I have in a long time I’m full of energy and highly motivated and my training and nutrition is on point thanks to Amy. Amy’s app is also new to me but has been hugely helpful has everything is tracked on this. I have also learned so much from Amy during my time with her. I have been doing weights a long time and thought I had a good understanding but Amy has correct so much for me so far and I’m starting to see real results. I’m only 3 weeks in so I will post a progress photo after week 6. If you are thinking of signing up with a coach which I honestly believe now is the only way to go than I would highly recommend Amy

Fantastic experience: Amy is a fantastic coach. She’s highly knowledgeable, clearly passionate about helping her clients reach their goals whilst ensuring you always feel supported every step of the way. She constantly pushes me in our weekly PT session and this has given me the confidence to really focus on pushing myself in my own training sessions and I’m the strongest I’ve ever been. Fantastic experience: In January this year I decided to take on a new challenge for myself, to get back to myself. I decided to join a new gym and engage a coach. And what a woman I chose. Amy is passionate about health and fitness and likes to take a holistic approach to her work. I love my PT sessions with her. She pushes me to strength I never thought I had. She is also flexible and has helped me reach my goals whilst balancing being a new mam, returning to work & a busy enough social life. Fantastic experience: Since I started training with Amy I have seen a massive difference in myself both physically and mentally! Amy is absolutely brilliant at what she does, extremely knowledgeable, compassionate and approachable. Fantastic experience: Amy is a knowledgable and passionate coach. She’s enthusiastic and supportive and really has your best interests at heart. Online coaching has been so successful for me with really frequent checkins throughout the week and a longer one at the start to each week. She took my preferences relating to training into account when delivering a bespoke programme for nutrition and coaching for me. If you’re considering online or 121 coaching I couldn’t recommend Amy more.

Fantastic experience: Amy is a brilliant personal trainer and a huge asset to my life! She's incredibly knowledgeable, both in fitness and nutrition, and understands that everyone has different needs. I have a very irregular schedule and carry some ongoing injuries but she drew up a tailor made gym program and food plan to work exactly to my requirements. I had done some gym work before but had plateaued so she helped give me structure and renewed motivation and now I have a sustainable and enjoyable program that fits in with my life and lifestyle. Amy is very approachable, flexible, and realistic, she is passionate about her job and helping others find that passion too, I would highly recommend her whether you're a beginner and don't know where to start or whether you're more experienced and looking for a change!

Fantastic experience: Over the last couple of years my role at work changed and I struggled to find my mojo to go back to the gym. Working with Amy has been the catalyst for my return. We created realistic goals together for both food and nutrition and now I am back in the groove! Having one to one sessions with Amy ensure I push myself harder than I would by myself and maintain form. This is so important to get the most out of each exercise and to prevent injury. It also pushes me to push myself when I am working out alone. Amy has a wealth of knowledge. She’s tough and amazing to work with especially if you find yourself stuck and unable to get started!

Fantastic experience: At first I was sceptical about how successful online training could be. But Amy couldn't have made it any easier. Always available to watch the million videos I sent and tweek the exercise to suit and ensure I was doing them properly. The app is fantastic for tracking food and progress.
