Positive experience: Very accommodating especially when I've missed appointment s due to personal issue. Would recommend. It's a bit pricey but if you have the money well worth it getting 1/1 encouragement. My personal issue is nearly over and I hope to finish my what's left of my 18 sessions. Some of the trainers are great lads/character s. I find it hard to stick to diet but I will give it another shot I'm not that overweight but I could be a lot leaner and training will make me loose double chin and beer belly and less time in the pub. Keto is good but I plan on mixing it up with maybe yoga once a week with Ian revins in glanmire and a trip to Mayfield gym for an hour on my own and maybe swimming. I plan on getting cardio walking to keto when I go. I pray to god I sort myself out soon and keto will be part of that it's all about positivity and everything in keto is that except the price but if I can achieve my goals I will have no issue with a better pay cheque

You can tailor your sessions to fit your schedule. 20 minutes of an intensive workout can be more beneficial than 60 minutes in a regular gym as you're not waiting for equipment to be free or having to set things up for yourself!
