Negative experience: No gym maintenance, machines broken. changing rooms only have plastic chairs to sit on. Management do not invest in upkeep of facilities

Negative experience: In need of maintenance. Not 4 star hotel standard by any stretch

Negative experience: Unfortunately the pool is overdue maintenance so looking a little shabby. Personally I’ve had an issue with the management being very poor. I had an issue that could only be dealt with via management that cannot be resolved due them being constantly unavailable and unresponsive. Also I would have to say that the attitude of the management of the associated hotel, the deputy general manager at least was adversarial rather than conciliatory and one must know coming through the gates of the hotel or leisure center that the customer certainly does not come first. Looking forward to attending a new established where my custom will be appreciated.
