Fantastic experience: Having never really been one to stick with things, I found RSF to be ideal for me. Session times are ideal and a huge range to avail of and sizes are small so you really do get a one-to-one in a group environment. No-one gets left behind but what's very important is that everyone gets to work at their own pace. Plus with nutritional advice readily available and given, you know RSF is looking out for the whole of you. The coaches are amazing, inspirational and encouraging, helping you along all the way. Laughter and friendships are had and made. I've been away for the last few weeks and have really missed it and cant wait to get back, to achieve my goal, 2020 is going to be a great year as part of the RSF family.

Fantastic experience: In my opinion, best gym in Shannon Town, great coaches with lot of commitment and well equipped. Ideal for a quick drop in on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays for a lunchtime workout. Specific classes for Endurance as for strength and also on request nutrition education.
