Fantastic experience: Just rejoined NRG this week and it's been absolutely brilliant! All the staff are super helpful and friendly and there's a really nice community feel. I've done spinning with Jacinta and Will, as well as total body workout and they're top quality classes! The instructors are motivational, inclusive and helpful in equal parts! Highly recommend :)
