Fantastic experience: Just did the stretch and tone class here tonight. Lively atmosphere in the main gym and lovely instructor for class. Great facilities and really friendly staff. Looking forward to to trying Pilates there on Thursday

Fantastic experience: I have been training since I was 14 & served in the army for 43 years from 17 until my retirement in 2017. During my service I have been in gyms all over Ireland & in countries overseas. I am in Club Active for 6 years now, including during covid, & go 5 times a week. Club Active is by far the best gym I have ever attended. It starts at the door with a professional friendly management & staff team. Health & Safety is key & there are signs everywhere covering everything. Any questions or queries are answered so everything is clear. Planning & guidance is available at all.times for anyone who wants it. I cycle in as a warm up & cycle home as a warm down so I dont use the showers but in my 6 years there I have never heard anyone complain about them in the changing rooms. Club Active have retained continuity of high standards & information updates while constantly changing to the needs of their members during my 6 years. All in all an outstanding gym & management/ staff team. Take care, smile often

Negative experience: If you have been told that there is a waiting list of 3 months or what ever they say it means they don't want you in the gym and it's there way of discrimination against you if you are from a certain country or place or race they tell you this to keep you from joining. I know this from a past gym instructor who told me about it.its the owners and managers way off discrimination to keep certain people out... be wise! Question what they say and why .you are intitled to a proper answer after that it's a legal matter,also being banned for using equipment incorrectly falls on the staff for not showing the proper form and is also discrimination this has happened here shame on this place

Fantastic experience: A lovely clean gym with the most respectful and friendly staff. Came from Manchester for a little trip and Gary's service and manners were top notch. They make sure new guests are well looked after. Would highly recommend this place, whether you're local or not, they make you feel very welcomed! The other staff were also very nice despite having a brief chat. Will look forward to coming again the next time I visit Ireland!

Fantastic experience: Nice friendly gym with the very minimal amount of growlers. Newbies won't be intimidated because the staff work hard on ensuring everyone is comfortable and welcome. The manager Gary is particularly helpful

Fantastic experience: I’m writing this to commend the great service I received from the staff at club active today. I was just in to see what the gym was like so I grabbed a trial pass and can’t undermine how friendly and helpful the staff were in particular a young lad named Mark, really enthusiastic and great craic. Keep up the great work guys!

Fantastic experience: My goto fitness palace of love. I hate to give it 5 stars because I want fewer people in the gym, not more, but this place is great. Good selection of machines, free weights, squat racks, and cardio machines. Everything you could realistically need. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended. Please don't talk to me mid-set.

Fantastic experience: Have been to the gym a few times now and taken part in a few classes. Excellent facilities, friendly and warm staff and really enjoyed the classes, especially the Pilates (have tried it in a few places but this was my favourite). Will definitely be back

Fantastic experience: I called ahead as I was in Mullingar for the day & was told a day visitor pass is €10 .The staff were friendly & efficient both on the phone & in person & the gym itself was a breath of fresh air , it's huge & is kitted out with everything , will be back .
