I received a serious back injury early in 2016 which rendered me unable to work. Following surgery, I was advised as part of my rehabilitation to incorporate Pilates into my regular exercise routine. Wanting a class close to home and a qualified instructor who cold identify with my own situation, i contacted Liam. After an initial consultation in relation to my back injury, I attended my first Pilates class 6 weeks after surgery. A couple of weeks later I returned to work and 6 months on I am look forward to attending classes weekly, it has improved my core, back strength and overall physical well-being. I have benefited greatly and I would highly recommend Liam and his classes to anyone who is in a similar situation.
