Fantastic experience: The Yoga Gorey studio is a beautiful, calming and relaxing space in which to practice yoga. Students attending are blessed to be able to learn from two of Ireland's most inspiring, experienced and knowledgeable teachers in Dave Curtis and Ruth Walshe. Both are so encouraging to practitioners of all levels and are expert in communicating and demonstrating the many subtle elements of individual postures and movements. It has been my great pleasure to have been a beneficiary of their teachings and guidance over many years. What I have learnt has had a major influence on the manner which I lead my life ... the journey continues.

His classes are never just about the physical practice (although it would be hard to find in Ireland a more knowledgeable and mindful yoga teacher in that respect): for me and I think for many of his students the most valuable part of attending his classes is the organic way in which Dave uses the physical practice to explain the philosophy behind Yoga, stimulating the desire to understand more, learn more, to look at things in new and challenging ways.

Fantastic experience: an extraordinary yoga studio with gifted, highly experienced and sincere teachers. Especially David Curtis has been significantly influential in my psycho-spiritual development over the past ten years or so. The comprehensive workshops and teacher trainings in particular are outstanding. Seriously, I cannot recommend these teachers enough, they are a far cry from the superficial, fluffy power-yoga fad that has flooded the yoga 'market' in recent years.
