Fantastic experience: Excellent gym. Member for a year, and just renewed on a monthly basis. As it’s the 3rd they dropped the cost of the 2 days of the month I missed. Beyond fair. All the equipment you need, friendly staff, clean, plenty of floor space and machines.

Negative experience: Great gym new manager in need

Positive experience: Great gym. Only negatives are 1. No WIFI yet has an app that requires wifi to get in 2. Music way too loud. I know its not a library but the gym music constantly overpowers my noise cancelling headphones and I end up half listening to someone elses playlist for my workout...

Fantastic experience: Attended my induction course today. I had an excellent instructor by the name of Martin. He has great patience I will say. Looking forward to tomorrow when I will attempt to do the exercises he showed me. Roll on a few months time and I will be fit as a fiddle. Extremely happy with this gym, wonderful staff, wonderful equipment, I would recommend it to anyone interested in getting fit. Take the plunge.

Fantastic experience: Top quality equipment, fab design of the whole interior. I love how it's dark and not white and bright with big fluorescent bulbs and mirrors everywhere like most gyms. Staff are amazing, very friendly and helpful. Very clean. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I can't fault the place. I used to find going to the gym a chore until I joined HQ. I now look forward to going to the gym. The place is massive and they have so many different machines to use and weights that you would be hard pressed to find something that you don't really enjoy using in there and because there is so many different variations you can mix up any workout and constantly add on something new to make things more interesting and fun. It's literally an adults playground. The booking system is simple to use, just scan your QR code on arrival to enter. A vending machine filled with protein and rocket fuel to help get you over a slump. I haven't done any of the classes yet, but I have heard great things from friends. A good thing to point out is that the staff bring customer service to another level, extremely helpful and always on hand to give tips and advice. Membership is cheap and I am delighted with it. An excellent new establishment to have in the town ????
