Precision Pilates

Fantastic experience: After years of trying multiple exercise classes, I've found the one that truly makes a huge beneficial difference to me. Sinead is an exceptional instructor!

Fantastic experience: I've been doing Pilates with Sinead for over 3 years and would highly recommend her classes. Just 1hr a week (mat class) has dramatically improved my posture and core strength. For me Sinead's classes are a cut above other Pilates classes in Waterford (I've tried a few), the main advantages being: - purpose built studio with wall to ceiling mirrors (so you can check your posture/alignment) and soft rubber flooring (which makes any floor-based exercises far more comfortable on your back) - small class sizes.. usually between 6-12 people in a class, no more. - the design of the studio (small size, mirrors, etc) makes it possible to clearly see Sinead when she is demonstrating the movements - clear easy to follow instructions, and regular checks to make sure you're doing the exercises correctly - all Pilates 'props' are provided (mats, foam blocks, resistance bands, cushions for neck support, etc) meaning you don't have to bring anything to class - finally, value for money :) Sinead's mat classes are booked in blocks and work out at approximately 11euro per class which is very reasonable.
