Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend joining fitlinks. The lads are so helpful Lenny and Darren and Chelsea guiding you through every exercise throughly and pushing you to your limits. You get what you paid for and there is more than enough space to train. Everyone has their own space. I love it.

Fantastic experience: So I went back traing after a couple of years I was a bit hesitant about going to a Jym but FITLINKS ticked all the boxes just normal people trying to stay fit and healthy and at your own pace all the staff are really helpful and friendly. Can't recommend them enough.

All classes are well structured & planned out and enjoyable to help achieve our goals. Staff are also super friendly and I cant recommend this gym enough.

Fantastic experience: I have been with Lenny and Darren nearly 3 yrs now. It’s the longest I’ve stayed in a gym and it’s because both lads are so good on helping u and showing u the correct posture and lifting technique. They just take that time with you to make sure ur ok with everything and if u can’t do something they will give u an alternative ,there are lots of time slots for classes throughout the wk also. I would 100 percent recommend fitlinks fitness to everyone.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been training with fitlinks on and off since I was just a teenager. Throughout the years they have accommodated me with busy schedules, be that school/college/life/shift work etc. I have tried different gyms across the time and have yet to find one as accommodating and welcoming as the fitlinks team. My confidence has grown by them so much in the last year in particular as they’ve helped me to get back on track with training and diet. Fitlinks are real with their results, no rush, no 6 week “result” that will be gone by the 7th week. Each trainer brings their own set of skills and knowledge and above all everyone can have a laugh whilst getting the results- that last ! :)

Fantastic experience: I started in Fitlinks a year ago with the aim of loosing kgs for a holiday the holiday came and went but the gym is a constant, that’s because the trainers are excellent and the classes at 6am are so handy!! Highly recommend this gym!!

Fantastic experience: I went into the gym not knowing different anything and I learned so much. Everybody in the gym is so pleasant and chatty it’s a great place to be whether it’s for training or a chat. All the members brought me on so much, they have great time for everyone and never rush you back out the door. Definitely a gym you can be comfortable in no judgement what’s so ever and that’s what I love the most I can just be me and my own pace. Highly recommended!!

Fantastic experience: I've been training in Fitlinks for 2 years now and their service is second to none. There is a lovely atmosphere - no posers/ mirrors. Just friendly people who go in to get the job done. The trainers push you to your limit and thrive off seeing you progress. As I'm currently training through pregnancy, the staff have been incredibly flexible and mindful- they keep a very close eye on your technique or offer alternative exercises when needed. Love training at Fitlinks!

Fantastic experience: I've not always enjoyed going to the gym, I've often dreaded it over the years, but I found Fitlinks over 5 years ago and I haven't looked back since. I go to the Semi Private sessions now and go consistently 3 - 4 times a week. This is because of the trainers, they're supportive when needed but also build your confidence over time so you get to a place where you're very confident walking onto the gym floor. I finally after all the years of trying different gyms feel like I know what I'm doing. A great gym, with lovely like minded people who support one another and have a laugh or two along the way.

Fantastic experience: Joined this Gym just over a month ago Ive always been so self conscious in gyms/classes in the past but this place is so comfortable no mirrors no posers just people wanting to get in and get it done The trainers are all amazing and are so supportive to all members both in the gym and through the WhatsApp group chat. For the first time in my life I enjoy going to the gym would definitely recommend it to Everyone.

Fantastic experience: I just joined the training program at the gym with the goal of losing weight and getting some long lost weight lifting hook and so far I am pretty sure it was a good call to join the gym. The staff is not only super friendly but also carefully coaching everybody in person, guiding you through the workout at your own pace. Highly recommended. Money well spent.

Fantastic experience: Have been doing semi private training at this gym over the last 2.5 years with the objective of gaining strength to deal with back pain. Training with the guys has made a major difference both to the pain and to my overall strength that stands to me in all my other activities. Highly recommend this training with Lenny, Darren, Dean and Alan.

Fantastic experience: Never thought I'd say "I enjoy going to the gym" but since joining Fitlinks I can happily say I do. Even though the classes put you through your paces, it's still fun and everyone has a laugh. It's a relaxed atmosphere where everyone can go at their own pace and level, with the instructors always there to help and tailor the class to your needs. For me in particular, being able to bring my children along allows me to actually go to the gym. Otherwise it would be impossible. Staff are so friendly and experienced and amazing at what they do. Could not recommend this place more!!

Fantastic experience: Adapt strength and Fitness is located here. The man is a genius with kettlebells. Think he is one of those strongfirst trainers. Every session is different and rewarding. Stephen is in a league of of his own!

Fantastic experience: Plenty of equipment. Loads of space. Never crowded and the trainers/staff are great. Really friendly and always take the time to answer any questions you might have about your workout.

Fantastic experience: This gym has a really positive and encouraging atmosphere with trainers who are always happy to help if you're unsure and there's plenty of equipment and space!! I especially love the classes, they're great for all ages and abilities!!

Fantastic experience: Recommend this gym to anyone that is looking for a gym that has everything you need and has knowledgeable trainers who take the time out to help with all things exercise and nutrition and are super friendly too. And the bonus is that you can bring the kids as it is child friendly! After having a baby I started back with mammy and baby class which is amazing and a good way to build up strength and fitness again!

Fantastic experience: Brilliant gym (no mirrors or no posers!). All trainers really care and really look after you and make sure you work to your ability with great focus and attention to form. First time in my life that I have been consistent in going to the gym regularly (since May 2017)
