Fantastic experience: I’m a boomerang to TPC. I originally joined in 2019 and left in 2021. After 4 years out and 2 more kids later, I just wasn’t getting the results I wanted with walking! The diet was also out the window! I knew I needed to go back to TPC and get the results I wanted. I also needed to do something for me! The positivity and expertise from the TPC team is second to none. The 28 day challenge is a great reset. It’s not easy, but amazing results in just 28 days is hard to beat. You have to put in the hard work, but it's fun too with lots of banter, high energy and music to keep you going. The 45 min classes, 3 times a week can fit into any schedule. The Peters brothers and other trainers are all experts and really supportive and positive and will help guide you.

Fantastic experience: I'd give it 6 stars if I could! I cannot praise Joe, Ingrid and the team enough. They have a deep understanding of when we need support or a push. They are highly trained and so ensure we're doing the exercises correctly and safely. I did the 28 day challenge to get started and in just 4 weeks, I feel stronger and look trimer. Lastly, I had no idea I'd love a women-only gym so much. Everybody is so friendly. We're all in there, trying to improve at our own personal level. There's no judgement, just support. Fantastic experience: I've been to many gyms. I could never go back to regular gym, women only, who'd have thought it! I love this place. The classes are great, you can see the benefit of the workouts. The instructors are super knowledgeable. There's a lovely welcoming atmosphere. Diet plan super simple to follow. If you're humming and hawing, just give it a go, you won't regret it.

Fantastic experience: I’m currently coming to the end of the 28-day trial at TPC and I honestly couldn’t recommend it more. I'm definitely going to kepp my membership going! Over the years, I’ve joined many gyms and signed up for long memberships—six months, a year—only to find myself lost within the first few weeks. I never really knew what I was doing when it came to weights or what exercises I should be focusing on, and I often felt intimidated, embarrassed about my fitness level, and unsure of how to progress. That lack of support always led to a loss of motivation. TPC has been a completely different experience. From the very first introductory evening, I felt welcomed and supported. There was no judgment—just encouragement, clear guidance, and a genuine sense that everyone starts somewhere. The coaches, Joe, John, Sara, and Ingrid, have all been fantastic. They give clear instructions, are incredibly encouraging, and create an atmosphere where you never feel silly for asking questions or unsure about what you’re doing. The other women in the gym have been equally lovely and supportive. It’s a really positive environment, and for the first time, I actually look forward to going to the gym. I’ve already lost a few kilos and, more importantly, I feel motivated to keep going. I’m so glad I gave it a go—it’s genuinely been a game changer for me!

Fantastic experience: I am not a ‘gym person’, but TPC is very different. I am in my 50’s and started to notice I was losing muscle tone and strength! Within a month of joining I have noticed a big difference!! Not only that, but TPC have a lovely professional team of people that both encourage you and make sure you are lifting the weights correctly!! Unlike other gyms, it is not intimidating and you just do your program and leave. I am honestly enjoying the sessions with other like-minded women!!

Fantastic experience: TPC gym is a different experience. You get benefit of one- to - one training in a group setting. While communal class, the trainers who are both kind and professional, give individual help and supervision to beginners or those older and less fit like me! The administration of the gym is also very efficient and clear, responding quickly to any queries or emails.

Fantastic experience: I am really enjoying the TPC experience. It’s like no gym I’ve ever gone to before. The lads are very nice, professional trainers and know what they are doing. Although for me it seems like a short work out compared to my previous experiences, it does work and I am seeing the difference in my clothes and on the scales. The full body scan that you do each week is very motivational and for me seeing the increase in muscle mass and decrease in body fat is a winner! It’s a good philosophy and I also love the fact you have the freedom to cancel classes up to minutes before they start plus there is a huge number of classes to choose from during the week. I love the flexibility as we all know that life doesn’t always work out as planned! Overall I’d highly recommend this female only gym.

The atmosphere, cleanliness and professionalism and friendliness of the staff makes the whole experience very enjoyable. Fantastic experience: Really enjoyed the 28 day challenge. Dylan, Joe and John give incredible support and advice, ensuring you get the most out of the sessions. As an inexperienced gym-goer, I found the program easy to follow, with a great atmosphere and supportive environment. I have since continued with the 24-week program and have really enjoyed the benefits of feeling stronger and more energetic. Also the booking system is excellent, with lots of classes to choose from at convenient times. I couldn’t recommend this gym more highly.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to this gym about 9months (actual training period) and I lost approx 5kg doing the work out and a food diary. (I do eat BigMac❤️ here and there - I see you John & Joseph laugh about me & BigMac!!) The point is ever since I started to go to the gym I’m happier with myself as I see the result and also motivates me to eat healthier (but not crazy strict!!). It’s lifestyle changer! Not just about losing weight! I never liked the weight lifting and finally I found myself the FOREVER GYM! (Hope you guys don’t move the location!!) I highly recommended this gym, work outs are challenging and personalised weights and personalised attention to make sure you do a properly & prevent the injury. I must say I really do enjoy to go this gym and very delighted that I found this gym!
Fantastic experience: I have never stayed at a gym for more than 6 weeks. I am 71 this year and am still at the physique consultants after 3 months. They really look after uou and my waist has made an appearance again. They take into account any injuries and I can see myself staying committed. I am tired in the evening but come out after training energised. I highly recommend the experience!!!!
Fantastic experience: I joined for the 28 day challenge on the advice of my sister and best friend both devotees...and from day 1 i have been hooked. John, Joe and Hugh are fantastic trainers full of encouragement and support and always checking to make sure your technique and form is correct. From the minute you walk in the door you are welcomed with a big smile even at 6am! The guys have not only created an amazing service but a lovely community. The gym is spotless and so well maintained and has lots of lovely touches like the dyson hair dryers in the changing rooms. My only regret is i didn't start sooner.

I've tried other small group personal training before but the level of professionalism and attention to detail in The Physique Consultants really sets it apart. Fantastic experience: TPC is amazing! I usually hate going to the gym but TPC is so different. Joe and John are very professional, and actually make the workouts fun. They keep an eye on your form and correct you if you are off at all - which is so important. They're very personal – they know everyone in the class and know what weights they are on and when to increase them, and they always know when to push you harder. They have plenty of class option times available and it's so easy to book in the app. I'm so happy with my results so far – worth every cent. Highly, highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: After a tough period of lockdown I joined TPC initially to do the 28 day challenge to get moving again, and I've been there ever since. The programme works perfectly for me with the guided structure and personal approach. The guys make it fun but also keep us all on track and accountable for our own progress. They cater for all levels which is important as traditional gyms can be intimidating for anyone just starting out. And, importantly of course, you get results!

The structured programs and classes mean that you always know what’s going on and never feel out of your depth. The classes are really relaxed and have a great atmosphere and you are never going to feel like the unfit person in the corner. Fantastic experience: Can’t recommend this gym highly enough. The trainers are so knowledgeable, they get to know each person that attends, they know exactly what level you’re at and when to increase weights and when not to- and keep a close eye on posture and form and correct it if any you are in any way off, meaning you get results quickly whilst avoiding injuries. I’m seeing results and feeling stronger and fitter after only 3 weeks. I will definitely be sticking with TPC, worth every penny.

Fantastic experience: This place is an absolute gem. I struggled to get back into the swing of things and wanted to find a gym that was flexible in terms class times. I started with the 28 day challenge and loved it so much I decided to stay. The online app helps me organise my week ahead and cancel and choose another class if something pops up. John, Hugh and Joe are so helpful and push you to the limits you are capable of. The guys also switch up movements to cater for an old wrist injury which just shows the level of care given to each member. Great gym for ALL levels. Oh and kudos to the workout music!

I normally struggle getting into a routine in the gym, and it can be quite intimidating when you are starting out, but Everyone at TPC has been so nice and welcoming, John Joe and Hugh are great at pushing you to get the best results for you.

Fantastic experience: I’m on my 4th week of the 28 day challenge in TPC and it’s been brilliant to get back into routine in the gym. John and Joseph ensure that you’re getting maximum results and perfect your technique which I definitely needed help with. Also, don’t know any other gym that has dyson hair dryers and dyson straighteners in their changing room… :)

Fantastic experience: I started the TPC 28 day Challenge two weeks ago. I was so nervous stepping into a gym again after so long. But John, Hugh and Andrew put me at ease almost immediately. With each class I complete, I’ve become more and more motivated to hit my goals and I’ve no doubt I’ll reach them in not only the 28 days but the months ahead. This is all down to the guys, they are so helpful, professional and with every class they bring good craic and amazing tunes. I’m currently working full time and have a baby at home so initially I was worried about finding the time for the gym, that’s not an issue here there is such a great selection of class times varied between early morning and late evening. With the 28 Day Challenge you also get a nutritional plan. This plan is really easy to follow and I’m always full which makes the weight loss process so much easier mentally. I’m really enjoying my experience so far and would 100% recommend TPC.

I love their efficiency; the streamlined booking process, the short effective sessions and the really easy to follow and straightforward diet advice. The classes are fun and everyone is very welcoming. The TPC team really know how to achieve the best results from a weight and fitness perspective and I can happily say those results are easily maintained even through lockdown with the support TPC provides. I would highly recommend joining TPC and making it an integral part of your self-care!
Fantastic experience: I started the 28 day challenge as a way to get get fit and have a more positive attitude towards exercise. John, Hugh and Andrew are an incredible team and really support you through your journey. I never thought I would be the kind of person who looked forward to going to the gym but I am now! The diet plan is easy to follow and this makes all the difference - I have seen incredible results since I started and couldn't recommend it more.
Fantastic experience: I am very lucky to have found TPC and the professionalism of John, Andrew and Hugh. From the moment Hugh called me after an initial email enquiry I knew that this was the accountability I needed. I am on week four of the 28 day challenge and I am feeling fantastic, I have lost 4.1 kg, my clothes are looser, more energy and actually look forward to the gym sessions which fly by. 45 mins of great energy and brilliant tunes and your outta there feeling like you've owned up for yourself! The nutrition programme is easy to follow and you don't have to purchase loads of food you've never seen or heard of!! Shopping bill is actually lower. Their payment plan is also easy so you are not over whelmed with paying a large amount of money upfront like some other programmes out there. If you want to see changes, then contact them. Fantastic experience: I initially commenced the 28 day challenge with TPC to get me back into training post covid- 19. I really enjoyed the challenge and the accountability that came with the use of the Inbody, body composition analysis machine. Once I had completed the 28 day challenge I decided to stay on with TPC for several reasons. 1. The combined knowledge of the trainers John, Hugh and Andrew is priceless. I felt that although we were following a group program the trainers would personally tweak and exercise or set to match with capabilities and goals. 2. The classes are great and the craic was mighty which kept me looking forward to my next session. 3. The sense of community with the other members a lot of them which are longstanding is great, a fantastic bunch of women making noise for; and motivating each other. 4. I lost body fat while building lean muscle, getting back to my pre covid-19 body and more which is what I set out to do.
Fantastic experience: I highly recommend signing up with TPC - I am on day 22 of the 28 day challenge and I am delighted with results so far as I have been losing body fat every week and now I know this is the marker and not my weight. The classes are really enjoyable, have a great atmosphere with high quality and professional training. I can't believe that I now go to a gym at 6am every morning! Fantastic experience: I was a little bit apprehensive joining TPC despite my friends strong recommendation, but am now almost finished week 3 and am really enjoying it! The gym is bright and well laid out, the sessions are short, intense and fun, Hugh, John & Rob are supportive and encouraging, and it's great to train with so many good-humoured ladies. Best of all, it's paying off in how I feel myself, rediscovering muscles I'd forgotten I had and enjoying knowing that they're starting to work properly again!
Fantastic experience: I started out on the 28 day Challenge unsure if it was going to work. The results were amazing iv lost 1 stone in weight in 30 days like wow... I'd Highly recommend the Physique Consultants Gym. For their determination in making it work and encouraging you along the way. Fantastic experience: I always look forward to TPC after a long day of work. TPC sessions are suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels.The exercises are so fun, creative and every day is different! Such friendly people and never a 'bad gym session'. I would like to say a big thank you to Rob, Hugh and John for being so supportive and helping me achieve my fitness goals (very funny lads too!!). I was very impressed with losing 2.5% body fat after one week of joining the 28day bootcamp and I can't wait to see what further results the next few weeks may bring. They also have the best music playlist that will keep you pumped up througout your session! Best decision to kick start the year with the best gym in Dublin. One very happy client that would hiiiiiiiiiighly highly recommend everyone to join!

I started having never been to the gym and the support the guys give every single person is amazing. Such a great team and lovely people. Suits all ages and fitness levels. It is very well organised from the word get go with your own personal nutrition plan, weekly body scan and training. Fantastic experience: I'm half way through my 28 days challenge and it's been amazing so far. I couldn't walk after first week, but never mind . Even after 2 weeks I can already see difference. I never was a gym person and here I am doing trainings at 6am. Great motivation Guys. I don't know how You are doing this, but I'm there almost everyday. 45min training goes by really fast. I'm getting lots of help and support. TPC team ( Rob, John, Hugh) are very professional. I can't recommended enough. Keep doing what you are doing, because you are really good at that
Fantastic experience: I recently completed the 28 day challenge and couldn't be more happier with the results! I lost 6.9% body fat and over half a stone in weight but overall I'm feeling so much better in myself. I enjoyed all the classes with Hugh and John, they always push you to do your best but always manage to keep a good fun atmosphere going in the gym. I loved the variety in the classes so it wasn't the same workout everyday and getting to see yourself getting stronger over the month is an added bonus! For anyone looking for a change or just even sick of the normal gym regime, id really recommend the guys up in TPC.
Fantastic experience: If you are looking for a kick start to feeling great & eating healthily, this is the place to come. The 28-day challenge was that, a challenge, but at the end I felt so proud of myself & a lot healthier. John & Hugh are fantastic coaches they really invest their time in helping you reach your goal, motivating you to push yourself & being your conscience when you don't want to go to class or you want to eat something you shouldn't. Fantastic experience: Really enjoyed the 28 day challenge, lost weight and feel fitter already. The 45 minute sessions are tough but doable and the time flies past. John and Hugh are great - very encouraging and supportive and the range of workouts is really good. I never thought that I would actually look forward to going to a gym but that has been my experience with TPC.
Fantastic experience: Joining TPC was actually life changing for me, as I have discovered the whole new complex approach to wellbeing and fitness. The Accountability was the missing piece of that puzzle for me before, and the guys at TPC helped me find it. I can see the big picture now :) Hugh, John, Ivan and Ryan are all easy to go to and super friendly, still they push you to go harder, so expect no mercy! :D The ladies here are lovely too!
Fantastic experience: I have recently completed the 28 day challenge with TPC training and I can't recommend it enough! I had a baby in January and have wanted to get back to my pre-baby body for months but am very time constrained and had a bit of fear about entering a gym after so long. The training hours are really flexible and there are lots of options to choose from, plus an extra sweat session on Saturdays if you didn't get enough during the week! The trainers Hugh and John are experts and provide a challenging and fun training session that changes regularly to keep it interesting. They move at your pace and are really supportive but also know how to motivate you to achieve your goals. The gym is brand new and all the equipment state of the art. I have enjoyed training here so much that I have signed up to complete the 12 week challenge. 100% recommend!
Fantastic experience: I started in TPC in September and after completing the 28 day challenge, I found it addictive. Being able to hit the gym before work is INCREDIBLE as i start work at 7am. It is a great way to start the day!!:) Hugh & John are so energetic first thing in the morning and it really creates a tremendous atmosphere in the gym. Ryan & Ivan have been a GREAT addition to the team!! The weekly routines keep us all on our toes and prevents us from getting bored, as they are changed every 4 weeks!!
Fantastic experience: I joined TPC 3weeks ago for the 28 day transformation plan and i can honestly say I am so happy with the results so far! John and Hugh are great trainers and really help you towards your goal. What i really liked about it when i first signed up was that the lads give you a call before you even start the programme to figure out why you want to do it and what you want to get out of it and the information you give them they really help you and push you towards the goal you want to achieve! I'm not the biggest fan of gyms they can be quite intimidating but TPC is not like that at all and with this being a girls only gym it helps a lot. I would not have had much knowledge of the equipment in gyms or how to use them but the lads really explain and talk you through how each exercise works and what you will gain from it. The lads are really motivating and help with a nutritional plan and a video on what you should be eating to make it easier the best thing is after each session you will get an email talking you through everything you done and motivating you to eat well and preparing you for the next session!! I honestly cannot recommend John and Hugh enough and I am so grateful for their help on my journey to becoming fit again! So sign up girls you wont regret it, you even get a free gift bag
