Fantastic experience: I have been going to Ger and the team for three years. During that time I had several physio treatments that helped with injuries. I've completed blocks of PT sessions which I found very beneficial to me as I am in a running club, these sessions helped to improve my fitness and strength. Following advice I also availed of the cryotherapy treatment which helped to aid in my recovery, this, I would highly recommend.

Good variety of exercises during classes and PTs theres always a great atmosphere in sessions. 6 weeks in with great progress made and we've booked in again! Would highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: I started training with Ger mid January this year. Very welcoming atmosphere in the studio. Great variety of exercises in the PTs, no two sessions the same which keeps it fresh. Ger is very supportive and motivates you throughout. 8 weeks in and I can see the progress already in a short space of time. Would definitely recommend!
