Fantastic experience: I could write a book on all the positives from training in Evolve with Dave, Hayley the coaching team and members and I still couldn’t give it enough praise ❤️. This place is totally different from every other gym. The atmosphere, community, the structure of the classes,the advice, guidance, nutrition talks, workshops, personal training are all TOP CLASS. You won’t find anywhere else like it to help you reach your goals and feel great.

Fantastic experience: I joined the gym last year and could not be happier with it. Classes times fit well into my daily schedule. Coaches are very supportive and keep you motivated, people are so friendly, it is a great community.

Fantastic experience: An amazing gym to have in the community. Always made to feel so welcome by everyone.. I have been doing a mixture of classes and PT and am enjoying it so much while feeling myself getting fitter each week. Head coaches Dave and Hayley are warm, friendly and so knowledgeable at what they do, always on hand to help out or give advice and you can tell they genuinely want the best results for their clients. A great place to train.

Fantastic experience: I started at Evolve in Nov 2024. From the minute I began I was hooked, not just because of the variety of classes and times (excellent for a working busy mam!) But also down to the warm, inclusive atmosphere. Dave, Hayley and the whole gym community at evolve are just so lovely and professional, always encouraging everyone but in a light, fun way, It has improved my lifestyle so much and now my husband has joined, we couldn't reccomend it enough!

Fantastic experience: Walked through lot of doors .This will go down as one of the best decisions walking through this door , great Coaching,great people and great results, great atmosphere. Great encouragement and support for all from everyone.Just keep turning up and the addiction will kick in .

Negative experience: Dave is the owner, when I entered I paid 3 months, and a week after being there I had a serious family problem and I had to return to my town, I explained it to Dave but he kept the 160 euros for a week, for sure he is a bad guy and also his wife . Apart from that is a tiny place for 5-6 people, no bathroon, no showers.

Fantastic experience: Great gym located at the centre of Ongar village. Amazing classes on each day of the week at various times and to suit each fitness level. Coaches and members are all very friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience: Started at Evolve 2 years ago and I really have never been more welcomed in any gym like I am at Evolve. My self and my wife go and David and Hayley could knot be more supportive. Love the classes and the PT is a great way to get on track. Thanks all love going most days.

Fantastic experience: Can't recommend this gym highly enough. Signed up for Personal training (PT) few months back and the sessions are great. Coaching team are very knowledgeable and supportive and will challenge you. Overall a great atmosphere in the gym. Give it a go!

Whether you’re a beginner or advanced, Dave, Hayley, Graham & Simon are there to support and motivate you. Evolve is more than just a gym, it’s a place where friendships are formed and everyone feels welcome. As well as attending class I have also completed personal training and would highly recommend it, Dave & Hayley will tailor it to your goals, ensuring every session counts towards your fitness journey. Fantastic experience: I have been with Evolve since day 1 and it’s the best gym around. All the coaches are great and you’re guaranteed to have a laugh while training which is an added bonus. Dave and Hayley are fab and know the fitness industry so well. Huge variety of classes and times to suit everyone’s lifestyle. Highly recommend it. As a busy working mum I’d be lost without the 45 minutes a day for myself in the gym.

Hayley, Dave, and the coaches can't do enough to make your fitness journey successful! Since I joined, I have lost over 10 kilos ,but the most important thing is that I love to go back to crossfit 5D. Highly recommend !!

Fantastic experience: Been in the the gym for 7yrs. Dave and Hayley are excellent at encouraging and pushing you to your limits in order to reach your fitness goals. Have tried commercial gyms inbetween and have always resorted going back to them. The sense of community is beyond expectations as you make life long friends and people to push you beyond your own limits and have you always wanting you to go back day after day to make sure you have reached whatever fitness goal you have set or wish to set for yourself. With someone like myself who wanted to better themselves both physically and mentally I couldn’t have gotten their without the help, push and drive that Dave and Hayley and the community that they have built over the years.

Fantastic experience: I joined here around 2 years ago and had never done Crossfit before. I'd been to traditional gyms and had also done fitness classes. From day 1 the coaches make you feel at ease. Great concise instructions and also great encouragement. It's goes beyond Dave,Hayley, Simon and Graham though, everyone helps each other out and encourages and drive each other on. It's a community as much as its a gym. I'm able to do stuff at 48 years old I could never have done before and I'm still getting fitter and stronger. There's nowhere better IMO.

Fantastic experience: Been going to Evolve Fitness for years and now doing CrossFit here with CrossFit 5D for the past 3 years. I couldn't recommend the place more to anyone of all fitness levels and all ages. Dave and Hayley Greene, the owners/coaches, are always on hand pushing everyone to their best. Whether it's Evolve's strength and conditioning classes, CrossFit or personal training they are the best around with many years experience. There is a great atmosphere everyday and great crack between everyone and no ego's etc. Everyone is looking to better themselves and progress their fitness whatever level your at. Definitely recommend giving it a go and see what you think as you won't be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Amazing, friendly, community fitness space. Run by Dave and Hayley. Couldn't ask for nicer or more helpful coaches. Only ha e your best interests at heart. Work with every and any level..great motivation and encouragement. Do yourself a favour and get signed up and involved with this gym. Whether it's fit kids classes, cross fit, circuit, evolve, PT or open gym time you will always be greeted with smiles and encouragement and everyone willing to help out. 5 stars across the board ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Negative experience: Only attended one class and realised this place is surely not for me asked for refund as I paid for 3 months €160 and this guy didn’t give the refund back.. I am surely not stopping here and leaving my money to Dave, I will file a case in small courts against this and make sure I get my refund back.. don’t pay any advance to this place, first take 1 free trial class preferably 2 and later decide whether you want to go or not.. flyfit gym only charges €32 a month and has so many free classes, even westmanstown gym charges €70 a month with heated pool, free classes, free gym, sauna and what not. Plz don’t waste your money here..
