Fantastic experience: Very good place

Positive experience: Very well laid out and not a problem parking.

Negative experience: I wouldn't recommend it to anyone unless you like paying for broken machines and lack of space from people who have come to sit on the phone.

Negative experience: I do not recommend this gym, constantly broken machines, dirt in the bathrooms, overcrowding. It is impossible to make a training plan. To terminate the membership borders on the miraculous, 2 months I do not go there anymore and I still have to pay. Arrangements can be thrown in the trash because they deny everything, so you need to have everything in the mail. Frauds, they charge penalties after 3 days from the failed payment although it is the fault of the bank.

Positive experience: Very convenient and good equipment but peak times are very very busy

Negative experience: Just Don’t so many wrong things with this gym , be careful what are you singing because you cannot cancel your subscription only after 6 months…

Fantastic experience: That’s the best gym in town, the staff is so nice, friendly and the place is always clean. 5 extra stars do Celine and Jen. You’re the best guys!!

Negative experience: Probably the worst choice of a manager I’ve ever seen in a gym

Negative experience: I started using the gym mid 2020 and i loved it until recently when Alex the gym manager left, Alex managed the place well and was very fair and never gave me any grief. This new manager Ciara has spoken to myself and many others in a very unprofessional manner and doesn’t care if long time members stays or leaves. She also has this habit of picking on black people and irrationally speaking to them. Few people including myself have decided to go elsewhere because of her disrespect and manner of approach. I asked her (the manager) to give me head office contact information so i can email them about the situation but she refused and said “any complaint you have will have to go through me” . Can you believe that? I pay my bills every month to them consistently in the last 4 years just to be treated like that and have no means of communicating with the head office. Well… I’d rather take my money elsewhere . No more €40 1st of every month for yous… Let’s hope this gym will stay open in the next year or two following the new new managers manner of approach, from what I’ve heard so many people have already left.

Fantastic experience: Has the all the Essential equipment, open 24/7 which is handy and staff there are really friendly especially dean, Ciara and Jen they always answered any question I had or helped when I didn’t know how to work a machine, fully recommend this gym

Negative experience: Equipment always broken and not quickly fixed. Never fully stocked with sanitation materials (spray bottles, wipes etc.)/ Bathrooms smelly with radiators left on. Simply could not use facilities like those. A manager who could care less about the safety of female gym goers. I had an altercation and was intimidated by another male gym goer and I was essentially fobbed off and told it was a he said she said matter. I'm so glad I ceased my membership and know many others who have done the same/

Negative experience: If you want a gym where you can vape and let your friends in for free or staff members not actually working the staffed hours and gym equipment broken for months on end and where the PTs who are suppose to promote and positive environment but just spread rumours to effect your personal life and bully and intimidate you then this is the gym for you. This Clondalkin branch is so badly run some staff members are the nicest people you’d meet but certain staff are terrible. Complaints are met with being told if you’re not happy you should consider leaving and finding another place to train. Been a member since the start and I’ve voiced my concerns and have had rumours spread which have impacted my personal life and I’ve been told by the manager to prove it. Unprofessional not a good environment from PT or manager. Dun laoighre branch and maynooth way better environment

Fantastic experience: Had very plesant experience in this gym, I was greated by the manager Ciara and she explaind everything in detail on how the memberships work she was very professional and easy to talk to. I did attend the gym in the evening and i can say it was busy but now a days every gym is busy passed 5 pm and unfortunatly you cant do anything about it. I did found out that you have to be 18 to join and that cuts out kids coming in and taking up space and equipment when they dont even use it.

Negative experience: Basic gym equipment.. nothing fancy. Pretty clean. Not too big so gets crowded easily. You need a contract if you want to join.

Negative experience: Huge safety concerns. Anybody can just pull the door open and come in off the street, and have been doing so for over a year. So people just come in and steal yer property and its 11 months later and nothing is still done about it.

Negative experience: Very Very Very busy.. Plus this machine is run out almost 3 months before still its not fixed. Disappointed

Negative experience: descent gym if you can workout between 9am - 3 pm, and you have free parking but its very busy most of the times and expensive than other Gyms.

Negative experience: This gym is not to bad if you have no one choice around. Very busy in evening time. The huge minus for me just their policy, I mean if you wish to terminate the contact by the reason of your relocation to another dublin area its almost impossible because you have to relocate more than 25 miles zone around. Therefore I have been paying ridiculous price for this gym (45 eu) more then 8 month absolutely for nothing. Just be careful about it

Negative experience: I would really consider going to the gym before getting a membership locks on changing rooms are broke, the lockers are broke and if you’re not happy you have to stick it out for six months.I wouldn’t recommend it it’s a waste of time and money

Positive experience: Good gym and nice people, but seems like they have outgrown their space and often takes an excessive amount of time to repair broken equipment. A hack squat would be a great addition.

Positive experience: Recently there has been multiple pieces of equipment out of order and not being fixed. Also at night the music is super loud and I cant even hear my own headphones most of the time...

Positive experience: Good gym located at the Clondalkin shopping centre. 24hrs access of you're a member. Pretty good range of equipments and free weights also available. Ample Parking available within the shopping Centre

Positive experience: Overall impression is good. A big gym, with lots of equipment. Enough space for everyone. A great plus that you can actually pop in anytime. Located in the village center so easy to get by public transport as well. Giving 4/5 just for the mats which are not too clean and require either a clean up or a replacement yet quite understandable that they are used by too many people. So don't forget to take a towel anyway

Negative experience: Toilets here are disgusting !! please organise a cleaner, the Toilets seats are yellow with urine. Its beyond disgusting a health hazard.

Positive experience: Nobody cleans the place and it's very small

Positive experience: Gym gets over crowded at certain times of the day and you cannot get a work out in properly or move around properly. Small gym too many members resulting in huge overcrowding.

Fantastic experience: I got a membership in this spot and it's very good . The staff are absolutely amazing they will help you with what ever you need or want. And the equipment is always working unlike other gyms. Best gym I've been too so far.

Positive experience: Friendly staff, machines are slightly old but has what you'd need to workout

Negative experience: The facilities are dirty, especially the bathrooms/toilets and showers. The equipments are sticky they are so dirty, especially the treadmills and ellipticals. There is no paper and sanitizers available to clean gym equipment and there is never hand sanitizer available for hand cleaning. There are few options for classes, it should have at least power jump and aerobic step classes (I recommended it several times but with no success). Several machines broken for a long time, mainly the Leg Press Which has been broken for over 6 months and nobody does anything. Not worth the price paid, to expensive for that. The only good thing is that it works 24 hours a day.

Positive experience: I go early I love it, always access to whatever you you need to do lack of swimming pool doesn't bother me as I don't swim, plus the price makes up for it also its 24 hours anytime the need hits you can go.

Negative experience: Had a very bad experience with these, been a member straight through covid and my partner joined but relised she didn't want to go but finished her 12month contract and then wanted to cancel but they took 1month after that and then we asked to cancel and they quoted the policy and said we had to give 1month notice even though we gave 5months and this time we where just checking to why it wasn't cancelled and they are insisting on taking another month even though she is not planning on using it - again for me stall tactics to get as much as they can, next month they will use another excuse. A disgrace of a company. No comprise or common sense. Well I guess I'm gona cancel my membership too. U gained 80euro but lost someone who would have been paying at least 1years worth of payments. Absolute joke to say the least, to avoid any ownership of the issue and insist we pay is a joke. Not my fault they didn't understand what we agreed 3-4months prior.

Fantastic experience: Great spot to get your workout on, anytime! I like to get into work at 7, so being able to get in at 5-6 is ideal. Plus, the showers are pretty good.

Negative experience: Clients are treated terribly with no understanding. If you cancel membership they will delay getting back to you then say they need another month's notice, charge for that month and send debt collectors if it's not paid. Would not recommend to anyone

Negative experience: Gym is nothing to complain about, if you don’t expect having high end equipment and barbells. They’re ok and I even found Texas Power Bar so a that’s big plus. Anyway, 1 star from me because of very poor management. Name of the gym is misleading because they close facility because of a little rain and wind WITHOUT any earlier announcement. So you can waste your time kissing the front doors, because they decided today we will close (supposedly 24/7…). The pic was taken at 3:20pm and they posted about that on instagram at 1:30pm. So after they already closed. Weak and not respectful at all.

Fantastic experience: I'm a new member to this gym. But love the fact I can go Anytime I want and not be worried about making it on time before it closes. Great gym to get a training session in anytime day or night.
