Best best place to exercise.. have been in so many but the trainers are more like family .. Friendly .. so helpful a super gym .. can’t wait to get back in

Did my first total tone class tonight with Tess. Such an inspirational lady. I felt like giving up half way through but Tess encouraged me to push it at my own pace. So happy I did the whole class. Thanks guys
