Positive experience: Cons:The mens Changing room is abysmal. The door if opened , allows anyone outside to see directly into the shower area. Staff cook their meals beside the lobby so most days it smells like a chipper. Even though they have plenty of rowing machines and spin bikes, stairmasters etc, only one of 2 elliptical machines work properly. And they need more Standard Non Spin exercise Bikes. They have a specific machine that has been out of order for about 4 months now. Either pee or get off the pot lads.. Fix it or get rid if it at this stage.. its just in the way. Pros: They are the only gym in Town thats open the weekend. Like the Tardis, The gym Looks small from the outside but its quite large inside. Plenty of equipment. The Staff are polite and sound enough. Cant fault them. All said, best gym in Town.

Negative experience: Good variety of equipment but staff not very welcoming. Happy to sign you up then abruptly walk off. No hello when you enter.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic facility. Best in Tipperary Town by a long way. The only thing I would improve is a bit more privacy in the men's changing room. Door from the gym floors opens straight into the changing room and if your unlucky people can see you change when someone else opens the door and if your very unlucky they can see you shower if your using the 2nd shower! Simple fix and the whole gym apart from that is awesome, amazing equipment and very nice staff.

Fantastic experience: Hidden gem in Tipperary, I found them on instagram. By far the best equipped and cleanest gym ive ever stepped foot into. Aine is an incredible trainer i am currently on a programme with her and she keeps me motivated and on track! Seeing results & feeling great! Great atmosphere and mixed clientèle so everyone is welcome from beginners to advanced. Definitely recommend this gym
