Fantastic experience: Great place and Amazing people,very friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience: I joined AOC back in November ‘23 . I had never been inside a gym so no idea what to expect. It was great. Run by Adam Gemma and Philip . These 3 are so encouraging and you’re sure to get fitter and stronger . The people attending the gym are super friendly and will keep you going if struggling . If you miss a day or 2 Adam will let you make up the days and he will check in with you to see if all ok. I would highly recommend AOC to any age or ability .

Fantastic experience: First gym I’ve ever been to that I felt comfortable in from the first minute. Everyone is friendly and supportive. Adam and Gemma will help you to achieve whatever goals you want from the gym. It’s the best decision I have ever made and have never felt better about myself!
