Fantastic experience: If your looking for an excellent personal trainer look no further than James Cummins - he does his PT sessions out of CSC Cashel. He pushes you to your limits but knows what your limits are. He comes organized and prepared with a plan to each session. He genuinely wants to help the person he is training. I had signed up for 12 weeks before my wedding and loved it so much I’m doing another 12 weeks with him now when I get back from honeymoon. Good mix between weights and cardio. I’ve been to so many PTs over the years and he is by far the best
