Negative experience: The receptionists seems clueless and disorganised. In my first visit I was told to the waiting list was 8 weeks, here I am waiting for 15 weeks. Now they tell me 3 more months waiting period. Every person at the desk seems to have different information, or is just tactics to not take new members. They should not give false information or be more direct when someone comes with their enquiry. I would not recommend this gym!

Negative experience: Iv been waiting ages to get into the gym.. I'm over 55 and yet 6 people I know under 50 have joined up without any issue and I'm still waiting .. it feels like they are very ageist which is a shame ..

Fantastic experience: The staff are amazing. Honestly one of the best hotel Gyms I've ever been to. Spotlessly clean 10 out of 10 in every way

Positive experience: Good size gym with plenty of machines. Lots of classes. Rarely excessively busy. Steam room recently renovated. Showers and changing area could do with some renovations, sure you can't have it all.
