Fantastic experience: 2nd time back at this gym (and crossfit) for a very long time. James took the time to show me how to do cleans. I've been to beginners CF before in England for a long time, and they never showed me that. It was broken down into manageable steps, and by the end of the class, I'd like to think I had the general concept. Friendly atmosphere, too
Fantastic experience: Great gym! Clean well run and organised located in Buncrana town Kevin is a great coach and creates a nice atmosphere to train in.
