Thurles Leisure Centre

Negative experience: The council need to seriously do something about this place it needs to be done up, the changing room area is not kept to a hygienic standard and reeks of urine.. there is no children's pool which is a disgrace pretty much every leisure centre has one.. the gym is small and also has awful stench to it.

Fantastic experience: We only stopped by to use the showers as we are travelling in a camper and for €4 each the centre offers this. The facilities were great and showers hot. The best part though was Lisa on reception. She was a ray of sunshine and so helpful. We also saw how she helped others before us, what a fabulous asset she is to the centre. Fantastic experience: Great staff. I do aqua aerobics for many years I would highly recommend it. My granddaughters do swimming lessons staff are amazing Pool is lovely and clean staff are always working to make it the best.

Negative experience: Really run down pool, sauna, steam room, etc.

Positive experience: I take a client who is blind and the staff are very friendly and helpful if we need anything. Quiet when we go which is good for us.

Positive experience: Lovely Staff. My Brother Was Only Eight at the time, and my grandmother did not want to swim so they let him in by himself because he had previously done swimming lessons there. I was swimming and asked if i could use dive board and they said no and when we asked why they wouldnt tell us, (LOCKER ROOM) There are Lots Of Single Person ones, 2 family rooms, and 1 wheelchair room. Showers have no curtains so dont bother showering there although water is warm.

Negative experience: I was harassed bye a woman she got up into my face and yalled at me for using the weights then she called reception and made a complaint about me to reception equipment is damaged and all whatever you do don't go up there for your own sake

Negative experience: Absolutely Filthy. The changing rooms, the showers, the spa area, all filthy. Also they're happy to charge full price for a gym and swim, but when we went to swim we were told we can't as there's classes on. Explaining that before paying would be helpful. Also, jacuzzi and sauna out of order. Terribly run facility, has potential, huge shame.

Fantastic experience: Парк дуже красивий, локація розположення парку гарна в центрі міста, є міні стадіон, дитячий майданчик. Поряд спортзал, продуктовий магазин поряд. Також в парку є туалет. Є бісєдка, лавочки і тому подібне. А ще поряд протікає красива річечка.

Positive experience: Clean, a good amenity, a bit expensive for family swim. Could allow teens to classes bit don't. Very disappointing. Staff don't seem happy there, if they are they don't show it to their customers

Fantastic experience: Im a member of this gym and i can honestly say the staff are pleasant, friendly and always willing to help. The swimming pool is great, the gym area has pleanty in it and the health suite dose the job with steam room, sauna and jacuzzi.

Fantastic experience: Took a youth group of 14 young people to the pool for a party. .. They lifeguards were great fun and interactive with the kids. They were pleasant and engaging and made the entire experience enjoyable for leaders and young people.

Positive experience: Use the gym. Great facility. The only negative really is it gets very hot in there. Not sure if there's air con in the gym. Otherwise great.
