Stay Strong Pilates offers beginner and intermediate level online Pilates classes so there is a class to suit everybody. Pilates builds core and upper body strength. It also improves muscle flexibility and joint mobility. The classes require focus and concentration so while working your body, you are also giving your mind a much-needed break from every-day life.

Fantastic experience: Love this pilates studio and classes, Kelly is amazing, always make you feel so comfortable and no matter what level you are at its fun, she mixes up the classes so you don't get bored too easily, highly recommend

Fantastic experience: I started with Kelley during the third lockdown, it was exactly what I needed. The classes are challenging and Kelley is clear on giving options for beginners or more experienced participants. What I love is the way the classes continue to introduce new exercises while allowing me finesse the old reliables. I have seen a real difference in my strength, balance and posture. Kelley is a joy to listen to and great at explaining the exercises and what they are for. I enjoy my weekly class and hoping to increase it to two times a week in 2022.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Stay Strong Pilates. Kelley is a brilliant teacher, so clear and specific in her instructions, she takes the time to ensure you understand how to do every exercise. I have really noticed a difference in my flexibility and overall muscle tone since starting. The classes are really enjoyable.

Fantastic experience: I am doing twice weekly Pilates classes with Kelley for over a year now. She is an attentive and talented instructor. She is a great listener and will adapt exercises to your needs when required. Every class is different, challenging and always aims to help me stay strong in body and mind. Stay Strong Pilates has strengthened and toned my entire body. My posture is better, my core is stronger and I have more flexibility. I can't recommend Kelley enough.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Stay Strong Pilates classes. Kellie is an excellent instructor who creates varied and challenging classes to suit all levels. As well as developing strength and stability, the classes are invaluable for general wellbeing and relaxation. Very worthwhile and enjoyable experience.

Fantastic experience: Excellent and attentive instructor. I've been doing Stay Strong Pilates for over a year now and feel a huge improvement in flexibility, muscle tone and body confidence. Each class is different and the challenge pitch is spot on. Highly reccomended.

Fantastic experience: It is so unfair that my older sister Kelley now has the body of a 22-year-old Olympic gymnast. I have never stuck with any exercise before but I find that her Stay Strong Pilates classes knock tension out of my body that I didn't even know was there. You feel both stronger and lighter afterwards. Am addicted now and it's a miracle. Thank you, Kelley!

Fantastic experience: I really enjoy Kelley's Pilates classes, they are varied and cater for all abilities. She is very knowledgeable and focuses on getting the basics right and then advancing from there. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: The classes cater for all levels of experience and offer a full body work out which I know has directly benefited my overall fitness and well being since I started the classes over five months ago. Kelley is a fantastic teacher and her level of detail and clear instructions is always so consistent and makes the classes so enjoyable. Highly recommend these Pilates classes.
