Citadel Gymnastics

Negative experience: Few things to note: There is no proper air circulation, the place smells just awful, also not very clean, with spider webs all around, no need to decorate for Halloween. There is no consistency of coaches for four year olds, there is also no consistency between what they are thought in each class each week. Also feel that the couches are not fully invested or perhaps unsteady of how to interact with younger kids. I'm starting to see how review from 3 years ago is still valid of learning more from YouTube. Feels like there is more concern of having consistent payments, including once a year membership fee for what exactly I am unsure. U would think monthly payments would be sufficient to cover class attendance.

Negative experience: Citadel seem to invest all their time and energy in their squads. All other children are put into groups according to age regardless of ability. My daughter made more progress at home using YouTube videos than she did at their classes

Fantastic experience: My daughter is part of citadel since it opened. She loves gymnastics and her club, this is all thanks to the wonderful team of coaches at citadel. They go above and beyond to make her love the sport of gymnastics more and more. They have a great belief in hard work and fair play. Never forgetting the element of fun. A great club. Would defiantly recommend to any new gymnast.

Fantastic experience: We simply cannot rate Citadel high enough! The coaches, particularly Fiona, have an amazing way of communicating with the kids. Our little girl (age 6) was really nervous (crying & refusing to move) returning to her competitive class after Lockdown, Fiona had her 2 min chat & off our little lady went in to class. 2 hours later, she was out the door screaming & jumping with pure joy and excitment. The coaches have created such a fun and relaxed environment for the children in the gym. The children learn so much, from discipline, building strength and most importantly, to being kind and considerate to everyone. When a child achieves something they have been working so hard on, there is so much support & praise from every individual in the gym. They are all part of one amazing Citadel team!
