Fantastic experience: Very nice and well equipped gym - day passes were very good value. Sean was very helpful and friendly. Thank you!
Fantastic experience: Spotlessly clean, spacious and well equipped gym. As good as you find in any big city. A great surprise on visiting Dungloe!
Positive experience: Good gym with decent kit. Reception staff have been welcoming and kind. Member of staff training herself was the opposite. I brought liquid chalk onto the gym floor, where it’s subsequently signed that it’s not allowed (no information before the gym floor fyi). She proceeded to storm up to me, point at the sign and say several times how chalk isn’t allowed. Bearing in mind that I’m training in the squat rack next to it, the chalk is unopened and I’m not blind. Sort your attitude and maybe wipe down the stair master after you’ve drenched it before imposing arbitrary rules on paying members. As a side note, I don’t understand the rule generally. When conservatively used, liquid chalk isn’t messy and if spilled accidentally, can easily be cleaned up. As someone that sweats a lot and is looking to move relatively large weight, chalk is generally a must for me and others in similar situations when training at a high level. Review the rule perhaps? Or just don’t be rude.

Fantastic experience: Love this gym. Roomy, SPOTLESS (have never seen a cleaner gym), great equipment (lots of weights, resistance machines, cardio), lots of space (separate circuits studio), great work!
Fantastic experience: A place where you can spend an hour with benefit for your body, tense your muscles, even those you didn’t know existed before))).
Fantastic experience: Fantastic equipment, two floors, 10 euro day pass, friendly and helpful staff
