Halfway House Bunclody GAA club

Nestled in the heart of Bunclody, County Wexford, **HWH Bunclody GAA Club** is a vibrant, multi-code sporting hub that stands as a pillar of the local community. Far more than just a sports team, the club operates under an inspiring "One Club" philosophy, seamlessly integrating Gaelic Football, Hurling, Camogie, and Ladies Gaelic Football into a unified family. This inclusive approach ensures that members of all genders, ages, and abilities have equal access to top-tier athletic development and cultural engagement.

Our world-class facilities are designed to support athletes from their earliest years to senior intercounty levels. The club boasts two full-sized adult pitches equipped with modern floodlights for evening play, as well as a dedicated underage pitch tailored for younger developments. A standout feature is our Indoor Arena, the largest of its kind in Wexford, allowing for year-round training regardless of weather conditions. Additionally, we feature a specialized Hurling Wall for skill refinement and the John Wall Memorial Stand, which provides covered seating and honors our club's rich heritage.

With a history dating back to the origins of the GAA in 1884, HWH Bunclody has a proud legacy of success, including multiple Wexford Senior Football and Camogie titles. Today, our focus is firmly on the future through our 2026–2028 Strategic Plan, which emphasizes sustainable growth, volunteer empowerment, and community wellness. Whether you are looking to join a competitive senior team, enroll your child in our U6 development programs, or simply get fit in our upcoming club gym, HWH Bunclody offers a welcoming environment built on the core values of respect, integrity, and teamwork.
