Fantastic experience: We have moved to Golden GAA. Facilities are excellent and the committee have been amazing in helping us settle into this fantastic venue.

Fantastic experience: Best place around to learn Jiu-jitsu. The instructor is very qualified. There are adult classes and children classes. Training can be 3 days in the week but this is flexible. Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Having trained with Shihan john Duggan many times over many years I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him as both a superb Kempo Ju-Jitsu Sensei, but also as a brilliant Arnis instructor, any club of his would be well worth training at.
