Fantastic experience: Best MMA facility around Dublin ! Best vibe !

Fantastic experience: I was home from Australia for a month and wanted somewhere to train. Holohan Martial Arts was very welcoming. The coaches were friendly and very technical. The students were great to train with and there were no egos which is nice when you're the new guy! The facilities were perfect, they had everything you'd need in a martial arts gym. Thanks to everyone at HMA

Fantastic experience: Patrick Holohan born 1988 , is not only retired MMA fighter in 2016 . Known around the world from UFC ,now is an Irish politician who was elected in 2019 to South Dublin County Council for Sinn Fein political party. Unfortunately he was suspended from the party by Mary Lou McDonald for describing offensive and upsetting comments about the teenage girls blackmailing and targeting men for " extortion". Before he criticised the Leo Varadkar , existing Taoiseach for not understanding Irish Society. In conclusion he faced disciplinary procedures . As a result Holohan had chosen not to renew his party membership and was revealed as an INDEPENDENT Councillor.

Fantastic experience: Where to start really,amazing coaches in all aspects of MMA,very varied and wide time table for training to try facilitate everyones needs. There is no egos within the gym especially with in the Ju-Jitsu classes ,everyone is there learning or even helping to explain techniques even within sparring. It's all about the Clan moving forward as one.

Negative experience: Based on my experience I will NOT be recommending HMA to anyone. The prices are the highest around for what you get and the owner is not a good listener and comes across quite arrogant and rude.

Negative experience: I give this place a one star review because the owner is a very arrogant and rude man.My experience in this place was awful and would highly not recommend here to anyone!. As someone who was a member for 4 months myself I left this club badly injured from another students reckless actions Which the owner was happy to stand by.

Fantastic experience: This place is brilliant went in yesterday they have so much on offer check it out they have float therapy and hot yoga the staff are lovely make you feel very comfortable

Fantastic experience: Really great training here (I trained for about 6 months after my company temporarily moved me to Dublin). I was new to Dublin and everyone in the gym was extremely welcoming. While all the instructors were great, I particularly enjoyed the wrestling classes and the fact that some of the MMA guys would drop in. Its really nice to be able to pressure test your technique against someone who actually fights without having to be worried about getting hurt. Cheers and I hope to see you all next time I'm back in Dublin!

Fantastic experience: Currently doing the Before Beginners bjj and absolutely loving it! Andy, Sarah and Darren are fantastic coaches. They do not make you feel stupid for not knowing, they continuously boost your confidence and are happy to answer as many questions as you have. Such a lovely, warm, welcoming atmosphere where everybody makes you feel like you're part of the team. Thanks so much guys!

Fantastic experience: We are all enjoying the Before Beginners Course. The gym are very lucky to have Andy and Liv such brilliant coaches, I never did this kind of training before and Andy explains everything step by step, Liv is just amazing such a lovely person makes you feel relaxed on the mats. I am 51 and my husband is 56 just goes to show it’s never to late to take up something new. It’s been 15 years since terry and myself has done a sport together, we played badminton for 20 years together, that’s how we met and gave it up when we had our two children. It’s great to have this now, brings back great memories training together. My daughter is also doing the course and we will be all keeping the training up when the course is over.
