Fantastic experience: Excellent Krav Maga training with knowledgeable, professional instructors and a supportive, drama-free community. No nonsense—just effective training that delivers real and rare results, including major improvements in health, diabetes control, and cholesterol. As I felt my time of training here was limited due to the life changes I did the most of it. I worked with all trainers, with high intensity schedule and it was worth of every second. The classes are well balanced and structured. I had few private classes to work on challenges I observed in training. It was worth of every financial investment, as the difference from class one was tremendous. Big thanks to all trainers and members as they are doing fantastic job. Worthy of notion, I started with classes in midlife when it supposed to be too late for martial arts, but found out that the time for me is just perfect. Also being a woman today can be challenging, I faced challenges myself and can confirm that around 90% of all of my female friends had the same or much worse experiences. Self defence knowledge is not a luxury. It is necessity. I can recommend to people of all ages - equip yourself, your children and family members. You will never regret it. Krav Maga Institute Cork is a perfect place for it.

Fantastic experience: Training here for 2 years now. Started with zero experience and much apprehension, but felt really comfortable at the end of the first class. Artur and all trainers are knowledgeable and patient, everybody in the gym is super friendly and helpful. I feel more confident and fit after attending these classes and would highly recommend to anybody thinking of joining!

Fantastic experience: Amazing place where to take your child to gain their confidence, physical and mental skills and so important- the self defence! My son just loves it! Never comes out disappointed. All instructors are amazing and putting so much effort in every single participant, no one is left out. And the Summer Camp...we wish it was longer than 1 week, but even this 1 week was amazing! Thank you!

Positive experience: Ok , first time at Krav Maga. I am totally out of shape , haven't trained in anything for at least 2 years, but the class was good , I like the pace of the training ( even tho first time I found it hard , and they were probably taking it easy on the noobs , but it's supposed to be tough that's the point ) and the way the Instructor puts everything you have done together at the end. It's daunting when you don't know anyone there, but mostly I was tolerated and my trained methods of movement were different, but I wouldn't let that stop you . I love all martial arts , especially the new breed of combat systems.If you want something much more practical and logical than a traditional art, then Krav is definitely worth checking out.

Fantastic experience: My daughter is 11 years old now. She joined Institute of Krav Maga Cork 2 years ago - in 2021. She didn't have a clue about martial arts as is very common for a girl - especially at her age. I thought after first classes I will have to encourage her to go for another training but to my suprise she was delighted with the way her coach Arthur and his team was teaching her how to defend herself - which is very important. I was impressed by how they manage to combine together so much discipline, fun and challenging kids at the same time - while being s friendly! I was curious if I can do it as well, so after few months I signed myself up! It is challenging and definitely worth the sweat as there is nothing better as getting more confident, increasing our own awareness, getting fit and if we are lucky - bonding with your child sharing the same passion in a friendly environment like at Institute of Krav Maga in Cork! Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I have been training for 8 years with Arthur now both on a one to one basis and for the past 4 years in classes. The training is enjoyable and very professional in the way that each and every class, or seminar is delivered. Learning Krav Maga not only gives you the techniques for self defence but also improves your fitness and self confidence which is so important , especially in the world we live in today. Fantastic experience: My grandson and I have been training here since December 2022. We were made to feel welcome by the instructors and members from the very first session. Arthur and his team of instructors are very knowledgeable and very patient when it comes to teaching the finer points of self defence. Fantastic experience: Institute Krav Maga is an exceptional training service based in Cork. Caters towards all people at any stage of their fitness journey. Classes are enjoyable but tough which is exactly what you want. The techniques taught are very practical and useful if one ever found themselves in a negative situation in the real world. The coach is top class and probably the best in his industry which I think the people of Cork are lucky to have. All members and trainers are very approachable and willing to help new members or people that want to give self defence a go. Would highly recommend to anyone considering joining. You will walk down the stairs exhausted but never disappointed and always more knowledgeable then when you entered.

She also showed us how to maximise our strengths when using these manoeuvres. Fantastic experience: The best institute in cork for martial arts. I am so glad that I chose this facility for my daughter. Its in a convenient location for both my wife and I to drop my daughter for an evening session. My kid is enjoying her class like anything and its definitely improved her confidence and happiness. Arthur is friendly and always make sure that the kids are leaving with their parents at the end of every session, Kudos to them. My daughter is extremely happy to go the institute as she is getting more and more friends to play with. Overall, the classes are great way of exploring the strength and flexibility.
