Fantastic experience: I joined One Arena in October 2024 after falling out of a routine with my health and fitness. I didn’t know what to expect having never done any formal training in a gym before but it’s been one of the best decisions I made. Thanks to my coaches who are very helpful, friendly and encouraging, I’ve been able to improve my confidence and motivation, learn new things and achieve my goals and I now feel the best I’ve felt in a long time. I look forward to the classes each week which allow me to challenge myself to achieve higher goals and would recommend One Arena to anyone regardless of their fitness level as they cater for everyone!

Fantastic experience: I joined One Arena in October 2024 to try Hyrox. I didn’t know what to expect but from the very start I was so impressed. The customer service and trainers are so professional, helpful and friendly. They are there to help during every step of your fitness journey and there are regular assessments to gauge your progress and offer advice on how to improve. The classes are extremely well organised and there is a culture in which everyone encourages eachother to succeed in achieving your goals no matter what your fitness level is. I look forward to attending the classes every week in such a vibrant and welcoming community of members.

Fantastic experience: Initially signed up for 6 week programme, to get the body strong and moving right again, from the get go, the body scan, the information, the availability of times was great, would really suit anyone’s schedule, the small coaching classes are great, all exercises are explained each time. The results were beyond my expectations, and im still going, well worth a little investment in yourself.

They'll follow up with you to ensure all is going well and correct techniques as and when needed during every session. The sessions are challenging to ensure progression and the instructors will always push you to maximise individual results. Super Gym ️‍♂️

Fantastic experience: I joined One Arena in July and since then I have really enjoyed all aspects of training there. All of the trainers are extremely knowledgeable, this is evident by how they ensure you are doing the exercises correctly and also by listening and understanding your goals.The staff are very friendly, motivating, working with you, always knowing what you're capable of. Overall, it's a very positive welcoming environment to work out in where all the trainers encourage you do to do your best. Good range of class times to suit work schedules.

Fantastic experience: Delighted with the group training sessions at One Arena in Passage West. There are four different workouts per week and they change every month so you never get bored. The coaches are very friendly and accommodating to your needs. While they will encourage you to train harder, you can still go at your own pace. The groups are varied with people of all ages. The mobile app makes it easy to book sessions and keep track of your progress.

Apart from being a facility that boasts a solid range of clean well-maintained equipment which also offers great classes (for all levels), the staff are genuinely sound and have really managed to cultivate a very positive and welcoming environment.

Fantastic experience: When I joined in May I hadn’t been inside a gym in years so I was naturally nervous but I needn’t have worried as Iulia put me at ease from day one. I did the 6 week challenge and was guided all the way which has built my confidence and I am now getting stronger and fitter each week. Fantastic experience: Having never stepped foot inside a gym I joined One Arena (passage west) in September 23 and walked in their doors full of self doubt, that was changed in my assessment with Gemma who encouraged me to sign up to a six week program and take it from there, today I find myself stronger, fitter and very capable. If you are looking for a gym that is committed to your success (one arena’s line) give them a call as age and capability are not a barrier here, I cannot speak highly enough of all the trainers I have met and looking forward to seeing what else they can drive me to achieving in the future.

Fantastic experience: When I started in this gym over a month ago now, I was very eager and always had a great interest in the gym but found it hard to have the confidence to go. All the staff members here have been beyond unbelievable. I was able to have private conversations discussing where I was at with my progress, in terms of diet and exercise. Everyone is extremely welcoming and friendly making the classes a really enjoyable experience. There is a great variety in classes and they also get changed up every month. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to start up!

I hadn't done any form of strength training for years and was fairly nervous on my first few SGT sessions, but I needn't have been.The trainers are amazing and help me at every session. It's early days for me on my fitness journey, but I'm enjoying the sessions ( even if they are tough...!!). I already feel a bit stronger and my joints are starting to thank me...!!! Fantastic experience: I joined the new Passage West club just over 5 weeks ago . I cannot recommend One Arena more. My goal was to increase fitness and strength and already I can feel the benefits . The Small Group Training (SGT)is fantastic and the sense of community is for me the difference at One Arena. Both Rhys and Gemma are fabulous for motivating and helping you to push and achieve the best from each class. I look forward to my sessions which is something I never thought I’d say I’m so glad I made the decision to join.

Fantastic experience: I joined One Arena in January of this year, having never done any form of strength work. Running and cardio were my go to’s before, but my joints were starting to disagree! I didn’t think I would get the same enjoyment from strength and conditioning based training, but I was wrong! Fantastic experience: The team at One Arena have a developed a brilliant set up. The spacious gym had all the equipment needed for a great workout. I really enjoyed the morning exercise HIT class and there was a great feel of team work and community spirit during the session. Ed and his team know how to motivate you!

Fantastic experience: Would highly recommend One Arena. I have been doing a mixture of classes here the past 15 months but I particularly love the SGT classes, where your progress is tracked and you can see how much you have progressed. The couches are always extremely helpful and encouraging, and there is always a great atmosphere there. I look forward to continue training with them in 2023.

Fantastic experience: One arena has been a great addition to my life for the past 6months. All the trainers are so nice and friendly, and take a genuine interest in you and your goals. I had attended a gym years ago and hated going, never enjoyed a session and always found it a chore and just thought it wasn't for me. For medical reasons I decided to join one arena and just see if my mindset had changed. It was a whole different experience from day one and I really enjoy each session I attend and the location is a bonus for me as with a busy family life it's easy to get to.

Not all weight loss and scales , more like how are you and your kids ? Genuine people who have a genuine passion and interest in people far beyond fitness and the gyms 4 walls !! I have been to loads of gyms , all with fancy signs and machines but ultimately it’s the people that set one arena apart and I see that more and more now as my time in the club progresses ,as members we are friends , it’s a bit a craic and not just a work out . It’s the culture that Edward and the team have worked hard to create and maintain , one arena is really a family . That’s something that they can’t advertise , promote or sell, and really something that you can’t even see ! It’s only something you can feel - when you walk in that gym door . Fantastic experience: I started in one arena at the beginning of April this year.My aim was to loose weight. In the intervening time I have lost weight but I have also become stronger and fitter. I am more aware of food choices and I can now do everyday things I was previously unable to do. The coaches in one arena are amazing.
