Fantastic experience: After years of experiencing lower back pain as a result of sitting at a desk bound jobs for over 20 years, the team at Sports Physio Ireland (SPI) sorted out my back with expert Physio treatment followed by instructor led fitness classes. The fitness classes are limited to six people and the instructors give you the personal touch by ensuring that you do the exercises properly to prevent injury. The fitness classes cater for all people of all ages and all different stages of fitness from complete beginners to marathon runners. The SPI team including Eoin, Barry, Ciaran, Jacob, Daire, Roisin and others go the extra mile to make sure you enjoy the classes and even run greatly enjoyable barbecues and parties at the gym which are great craic! Fantastic experience: I love SPI fitness as it ticks many boxes, brilliant knowledgeable instructors who tailor movements depending on ability and injury. Fantastic experience: After getting injured from running, I reached out to SPI and started working with Cian. After an initial consultation, I began physiotherapy and soon progressed into personal training, which made a huge difference in my recovery and overall fitness. The 10-week PT and classes programme was incredibly effective. Fantastic experience: I ordinarily find the gym a bore BUT, and this is with a capital B, the goods folks of SPI have created an amazing and supportive community that makes the whole experience fun and safe. It is all to easy to push too hard, too fast and end up with injuries. No such issues here. All staff are trained physios and I have not missed a session in 18 months. Love this place.

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend this gym highly enough. It’s a genuinely welcoming, physio-led gym where the coaching is careful, clear and personal. Fantastic experience: Always feel like I'm in safe hands with the staff at Sports Physio Ireland. The classes are set out in advance but there can be tweaks made if you show up and your body has a few aches and pains. I love this personalised service and have lots of fun at the classes too. Fantastic experience: Best gym I’ve been at. I’ve been attending classes here for the last year and would really recommend it for anyone who wants to get better at strength training and improve their fitness. Fantastic experience: Ive been attending classes at SPI for the last 4 months and I would definitely recommend this gym. I wanted to start strength training but was nervous due to previous injuries. I started off doing personal training sessions and then moved into the classes. Fantastic experience: My shoulder got injured so I did a search on Google and that's how I found Sports Physio. While attending my physio sessions, I was offered the opportunity to attend a number of personal training classes on a trial basis. I have always been a couch potato so I was a bit sceptical in the beginning . I wasn't sure I would stick to the classes but anyway,I decided to give them a go and I don't regret it. . The trainers are fantastic and great fun. I like the small number of people in the classes so you get full attention from the trainers. One year later I am still training and haven't missed a class. I am stronger than I used to be and all of it is thanks to the guys at Sports Physio.

Fantastic experience: I’ve started training with SPI about 3 years ago and I can’t speak highly enough about the classes. It’s not intimidating like a lot of other gyms - all the trainers take a genuine interest in you and are great about adapting the exercises for any particular injuries or requirements you have whilst also knowing when to push you to challenge yourself and make sure you’re progressing all the time. There’s an incredibly friendly atmosphere in the gym so even on the days where I don’t really feel like training, it’s still easy to show up. 100% recommend
