Fantastic experience: I've been going to Ethan for a couple of weeks now with the goal to strenghten my back / core, lose weight and gain muscle mass. Fantastic experience: have trained with Ethan 3 times a week for the last 2 years. I have never stuck with any fitness or been consistent before Ethan. He keeps the training mixed up so I don't get bored, he challenges me with higher intensity work and partners me to reach my personal goals (back running again). Most importantly, he has committed to never making me do a burpee which I take very seriously!!! There is a great atmosphere and community in the gym, no matter how early sessions are, and I'm really grateful for what I've found with Ethan at The Lab! I couldn't recommend it more.

Fantastic experience: I have been training with Ethan for nearly 3 years now. I have had a few Pt's over the years, none of them compare to Ethan's training ethos. Ethans keeps it simple, he focuses on realistic goals and makes it fun too there is never a boring session. I am stronger, healthier and can manage stress better due to my consistent training. Ethan is a keen runner and competes regularly. He has influenced me to start running and I can run 5klm comfortably and have completed an 8klm race and have a 10klm goal for a race in May. Ethan encourages people from the gym to do the runs so it's a bit of a buzz and there's a nice sense of community. I am delighted with myself as I never thought I would be a runner. Ethan has a lovely kind demeanor and he actually cares about his clients and wants you to succeed. He is easy to chat to makes you feel comfortable but at the same time takes no messing and pushes you to reach your goals. My training sessions are now non negotiables; they are part of my routine and my life. The benefits I get from the sessions are vital for me to live a happy balanced life. Fantastic experience: Been training with Ethan for over 2 years and he's the best PT I've ever worked with. Ethan adapts, builds and develops with each client based on their individual needs and goals and is incredibly motivating without putting you under pressure. Not only are his exercises great, he has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to lifestyle change recommendations; he educates you on food choices and even sources events and races if you want longer timed goals. Ethan is so sound and fun and takes great pride in your individual health and development. Could not recommend him more!

He is an absolutely amazing personal trainer and nutrition expert, and I cannot recommend him highly enough! From the moment I started working with them, I knew that I was in good hands. First and foremost, their expertise in both personal training and nutrition was evident from the get-go. They took the time to listen to my goals and concerns, and tailored a program that was perfectly suited to my needs. Whether I needed help with strength training, cardio, or diet, they had a wealth of knowledge and experience to draw from, and were able to provide me with the guidance and support I needed to achieve my goals. But beyond his technical expertise, what really sets Ethan apart was his approach to coaching. He is always positive, supportive, and encouraging, and made me feel like I could accomplish anything I set my mind to. Ethan pushed me to work hard, but never beyond my limits, and always made sure I was comfortable with the exercises and routines we were doing. Moreover, Ethan is incredibly responsive and communicative throughout the entire process. Whenever I had questions or concerns, he is quick to respond and provided me with helpful and thoughtful answers. And he is always available to offer guidance and support, even outside of our regular sessions. In short, I cannot recommend Ethan Doyle as a personal trainer and nutrition expert highly enough.
