Fantastic experience: I contacted Steph a year ago, after struggling to keep up with my kids on holiday. A year later, I was strong and confident enough to complete an aerial assault course and go bouldering with them. I never would have even tried these things if it wasn't for Steph. She has created training sessions that exactly suit my needs and is so flexible in altering them to accomodate old injuries etc. She really listens to me, respecting my ambitions and limitations. She keeps the training interesting and challenging. And I always look forward to our sessions.
Fantastic experience: I had a fantastic experience training with Steph, she has done wonders for my confidence in the gym! Steph is a joy to train with, super motivational, friendly and very knowledgeable about exercise and nutrition. She also provides detailed written feedback each week through her weekly Check-In system, which was an unexpected bonus! I started with Steph as a complete gym newbie, and within the space of a couple of months I have seen a huge transformation in my abilities in the gym. Steph developed personalised training plans targeting key areas I wanted to work on, including strengthening my legs to support running and help with injury prevention. After just two months with Steph I feel stronger than ever and my endurance when out running has hugely improved! Thank you for everything Steph!

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Steph Fit Coaching highly enough as a personal trainer. I had no previous experience of going to a gym but she helped me become strong and confident enough to go to the gym on my own. She is thorough in everything she does from her weekly check ins to sharing gorgeous menus and nutrition advice. I now look forward to my sessions in the gym and my body misses it if I don’t do it regularly, especially my knees and back. So if you are like I was and thinking about getting fitter and stronger try Steph you won’t regret it. Your body will thank you.

Fantastic experience: I trained with Steph for 6 months and the progress I made was amazing. She's great at personalised training plans to nutrition recommendations and recipes, as well as holistic health -- her weekly check-ins keep you accountable but keep it realistic too, and she'll help adjust goals and plans etc based on how you're doing. Before starting with Steph I'd been stuck at the same weights for ages, losing motivation but after training with her I was lifting more weights, trying new exercises, improving my form and general confidence in the gym. She was supportive when I wanted to change my goals and start doing a bit of running too, and made me a running plan. Great to find a trainer that is flexible and supportive. Plus she's really sound. 10/10 recommend for anyone whether you're just getting started or looking to progress your training!

Fantastic experience: I've been working with Steph the last few months and she really knows her stuff! Super friendly and takes onboard everything you tell her to do with what you hope to achieve from training/exercises you like or want to try and makes a training plan specific to your needs. Fantastic experience: i wanted to start in the gym and learn the basics and gain the confidence to eventually go in on my own and know what im doing, and steph helped with that and a lot more!! she is extremely knowledgable in the field and knows exactly what advice to give to each person as everyone's different. Fantastic experience: Online coaching with Steph has done small wonders for me. Her approach to fitness is unique as it looks at you as a whole (holistic) person and it includes training, nutrition and psychology. Her feedback is invaluable and makes you aware of your achievements when you can't see them. Training units and nutrition are doable with the odd challenge thrown in which makes it totally sustainable. I feel stronger, fitter, braver and have lost 2 stone so far. I highly recommend Steph, no matter how small or big your goals are.

Fantastic experience: I did 6 months of online coaching with Stephanie. She really helped keep me on track when I needed some accountability. Weekly check ins were great with video calls and tips but she was on hand any time to answer any queries about the program etc. A no nonsense approach with realistic expectations. Definitely recommend !
