Owned and established by Alan Kearns & Dean Kelly, Rapid Recovery is one of Dublin’s best-equipped recovery rooms designed to help athletes and amateurs recover quicker and boost their performance with ease. As a family-run recovery rooms conveniently located in the heart of Finglas, Dublin 11, Rapid Recovery was born from Kearns and Kelly’s love of fitness, sports, and experience in the world of professional soccer playing. The duo understands the need for high-quality recovery to aid performance, which is why they created one of Ireland’s leading recovery rooms.

Fantastic experience: Super good, made me feel relaxed, premisses are clean , chocolat and other amenities to help to relax. Ive got the membership for the month, i wuld like to sugest a marketing promotion , that all the members culd be alowed to bring one guest every month to present the treatment and maybe engage those guests to sing or go to a paid session! Thanks

Fantastic experience: Amazing service from all the staff in Rapid Recovery, top of the range facility to help heal old and new injuries, staff are very friendly, always on hand to offer advice and give tips. An asset to Finglas with Physio & gym attached. Would highly recommend .
