Fantastic experience: Over a year ago I started my yoga journey with Lúnasa Yoga and I have loved every minute of it! I have practiced yoga intermittently over the years, but was never able to make it a daily practice. But with Lúnasa Yoga's early riser online membership I have managed to practice my yoga almost every day. They have live classes three times a week and an incredible library of saved classes that I turn to on an regular basis. I also do the chair yoga every Sunday and love the ease of this class. I would absolutely recommend Lúnasa Yoga to friends and family! It is suitable for all ages and levels.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Lúnasa Yoga. They are excellent for all ability types and always open to feedback and suggestions. The fact that the classes can be accessed anytime is really great for me with a young baby to work around! The different class categories online are brilliant too so you can choose a preferred routine anyday you wish! The classes are very beneficial and I always feel better afterwards. Also, Niamh and Clara are the nicest people, I could not recommend them more!

Fantastic experience: Great teachers and lovely classes. I've really enjoyed doing their online classes, doing their morning yoga 3x a week. Well worth getting out of bed for! And great to do something physical even when at home. 100% recommend.
